Cuidar nuestra piel es un hábito que debemos incorporar en nuestra vida a temprana edad por su importancia en nuestra apariencia personal y porque forma parte de una salud integral; sin embargo, nunca es tarde para empezar a cuidarnos y darle ese cariño a nuestro cuerpo, por eso esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad soy Ana María Santacruz paso de la cuarta década, es decir más de cuarenta años y nunca he tenido un hábito de cuidado personal, no utilizo protector solar a menos que vaya a la playa y antes que me silencien confieso que es una vergüenza. Estoy tomando consciencia para verme bien y tomando acción en eso.

Taking care of our skin is a habit that we should incorporate into our lives at an early age because of its importance in our personal appearance and because it is part of a comprehensive health; however, it is never too late to start taking care of ourselves and give that love to our body, so this is my first publication in this community I am Ana Maria Santacruz step of the fourth decade, ie over forty years and I have never had a habit of personal care, I do not use sunscreen unless I go to the beach and before they silence me I confess that it is a shame. I am becoming aware of looking good and taking action on that.

Esta toma de consciencia viene dada por los primeros signos de envejecimiento de mi piel, específicamente en el rostro, la aparición de líneas de expresión que marcan surcos poco agradables, me han causado algo de tristeza, no porque le tenga miedo la vejez, acepte mis canas con dignidad y hasta con agrado, pero las arrugas es otra cosa, recordar que mi mamá a mi edad tenía 3 hijos y su piel se veía mejor que la mía me preocupa. Tengo líneas de expresión al final de mis ojos, las famosas patas de gallo porque me rio mucho, también debajo de mis ojos, en la zona de las ojeras y los surcos nasogenianos que es la zona que se marca cuando me rio, todas mis arrugas vienen por reírme voy a tener que dejar de hacerlo ja, ja, ja o reírme como santa claus diciendo puro jo jo jo. Aparte de esas arrugas hay una que me desagrada bastante y es la que está entre los ojos dos líneas bien marcadas que me dan una expresión de enojada y aunque se diga que esta sale por estar mal encarada todo el tiempo, en mi caso es cuestión de herencia.

Apart from those wrinkles there is one that I dislike a lot and it is the one between my eyes, two well marked lines that give me an angry expression and although it is said that this comes from being bad tempered all the time, in my case it is a matter of inheritance.

Esta marca viene desde mi bisabuelo, el padre de mi abuela, por lo que todos los hermanos de mi abuela y ella misma la tienen, a mi mamá no se le ha formado, pero a mí sí, fui mal afortunada y tengo la marca de las torres así le dicen, por el apellido de mi abuelo. No sé si estoy rechazando a mis ancestros, pero no quiero tener esa marca en mi cara y esta es la razón principal por la que estoy tomando acción, tengo un mes aplicando una crema por las noches, sé que es pronto y sería pedir demasiado a un producto para que solucione lo que no he hecho en más de cuarenta años, pero la fe mueve montañas y es mejor hacer algo ahorita que no hacer nada.

Es un producto enriquecido con colágeno que atenúa ojeras y líneas de expresión contiene cafeína que ayuda con la disminución de ojeras e hinchazón debajo de los ojos, sus ingredientes específicamente son: agua, glicerina, colágeno, cafeína, sodium y otro montón que no sé cómo escribir.

Yo soy alérgica a casi todo y este gel me da un poco de picor alguno de sus ingredientes, debe hacerme daño, pero no es algo que me afecte demasiado, ya que no me enrojece la piel ni nada.
