Acne has always been a problem for many, including me, it was quite annoying to have to deal with pimples, so I was always looking for the best alternatives to make my face always stay clean, in my search I found a coffee mask that seemed quite easy and obviously I had to try it to see its effectiveness.
I started using it once a week, I always noticed how soft it left my face and how the pimples were disappearing more and more, little by little it became a mask that I always resorted to thanks to its incredible results, it really is a very effective method, so it will be great to share with you how to make it at home.

El acné siempre ha sido un problema para muchos, entre esos me incluyo yo, era bastante molesto tener que lidiar con granos, por eso siempre buscaba las mejores alternativas para hacer que mi rostro siempre se mantuviera limpio, en mi búsqueda encontré una mascarilla de café que me pareció bastante fácil y que obviamente tenÃa que probar para ver su eficacia.
Empecé a utilizarla una vez por semana, siempre me daba cuenta de lo suave que dejaba mi rostro y como los granitos iban desapareciendo cada vez más, poco a poco se fue convirtiendo en una mascarilla a la que siempre recurrÃa gracias a sus increÃbles resultados, realmente es un método muy eficaz, por eso será genial compartirles cómo elaborarla en casa.

As I told you before, the ingredients we will need are very easy to obtain since there are only two, coffee powder and whole milk. Coffee is excellent to fight acne thanks to its antioxidant properties, it is perfect to eliminate blemishes, signs of aging, reduce dark circles, improve circulation, etc, this mixed with milk (which is ideal to leave our skin radiant) forms a perfect mask to use at night.
Como les conté anteriormente los ingredientes que necesitaremos son demasiado fáciles de conseguir ya que son solo dos, café en polvo y leche entera. El café es excelente para combatir el acné gracias a sus propiedades antioxidantes, es perfecto para eliminar manchas, signos de envejecimiento, reducir ojeras, mejorar la circulación etc, este mezclado con la leche (que recordemos que es ideal para dejar nuestro cutis radiante) forma una mascarilla perfecta para utilizar en las noches.

We will add 3 spoonfuls of our coffee in a clean container, now with the help of a spoon we will add little by little the milk in our coffee, until we see that it begins to thicken, we will beat for a while until we notice our mixture a little thick.
Agregaremos 3 cucharadas de nuestro café en un envase limpio, ahora con ayuda de una cuchara echaremos poco a poco la leche en nuestro café, hasta que veamos que empieza a espesar, batiremos por un rato hasta que notemos nuestra mezcla un tanto espesa.

Once the mixture is ready, transfer it to a clean and airtight container to keep it refrigerated. I recommend that you do not touch it with your hands until the moment of applying it on your face to avoid contaminating it.
Ya lista la mezcla la pasaremos a un envase limpio y hermético para mantenerla refrigerada, les recomiendo que no la toquen con las manos hasta el momento de aplicarla en el rostro para evitar contaminarla.

The way in which we will apply it is very easy, with the help of a brush we will spread it all over our face previously washed, you can also do it with your fingers if it is more comfortable for you. You must leave it on for 20 minutes, when it is completely dry it will be time to remove it with plenty of water.
La forma en la que la aplicaremos es muy fácil, con la ayuda de una brochita la esparciremos por todo nuestro rostro previamente lavado, también puedes hacerlo con los dedos si te resulta más cómodo. Debes dejarla actuar por 20 minutos, cuando ya esté completamente seca será momento de retirarla con abundante agua.

My sister and I applied it and I tell you from my heart that after removing it our face is too soft, I had a while without using it and it definitely came great, its practicality is what I like the most since we do not need much time or many ingredients to prepare it and best of all is that its results are amazing.
Something that is really great about this mask is that it is perfect for those with oily skin as it helps to regulate its production in our face leaving us with a smooth complexion, plus it helps us to moisturize at the same time.
Mi hermana y yo nos la aplicamos y les digo de corazón que después de retirarla nuestro rostro queda demasiado suave, tenÃa un tiempo sin utilizarla y definitivamente me vino genial, su practicidad es lo que más me gusta ya que no necesitamos ni mucho tiempo ni muchos ingredientes para prepararla y lo mejor de todo es que sus resultados son increÃbles.
Algo que es realmente genial de esta mascarilla es que es perfecta para aquellos con piel grasa ya que ayuda a regular su producción en nuestro rostro dejándonos con un cutis terso, además de que nos ayuda a hidratar al mismo tiempo.
