Personalmente, me encanta exfoliar la piel de mi cuerpo, lo hago en casa con un exfoliante corporal que compre en Mundo Total pero también lo he hecho con uno casero a base de borra de café, azúcar y crema corporal..
Mi exfoliación la realizó una vez a la semana, siempre después del baño cuando mi piel aún se encuentra húmeda, aplicó una cantidad moderada haciendo movimientos circulares, en piernas, pies, codos, brazos y cuerpo; luego retiró con abundante agua para finalizar aplicó mi crema corporal humectante, así logro que mi quedé suave y tersa.
Actualmente podemos encontrar en el mercado muchos tipos de exfoliantes y a diferentes precios, yo actualmente uso este con Aloe Vera de la marca Natural, que es para todo tipo de piel, me costó $2 en Mundo Total, hasta el momento que ha funcionado perfectamente su olor es muy rico y suave, eso me encanta...
