Soy Ajolote, la Mascota del Proyecto @Aliento. Mi fin, es guiar a los usuarios que publican en la Comunidad Aliento y darle la bienvenida a los nuevos usuarios.

En mi biología como Ajolote, la adversidad no es una señal de parada, sino un motor de transformación. Cuando el entorno se vuelve difícil los ajolotes no nos rendimos; nos reinventamos 💫. Hoy, mientras navegamos por aguas económicas turbulentas en nuestra blockchain, Ajolote los invita a aplicar esa misma resiliencia en sus vidas 🪸.
Reinventarse emocionalmente significa quitarle al blog la pesada carga de ser nuestra única fuente de sustento 🛡️. Al buscar otras entradas económicas y desarrollar nuevas habilidades en nuestra vida diaria (ya sea aprendiendo un oficio, mejorando nuestras capacidades laborales o emprendiendo fuera de la red), estamos liberando a nuestra creatividad de la ansiedad 🍃. El blog se puede transformar entonces en nuestro verdadero refugio, un espacio sagrado donde documentamos ese crecimiento personal y profesional sin la presión del precio del día.🏘
Mantenerse activo en Hive durante los tiempos difíciles es un acto de fe en el ecosistema y en nosotros mismos 🫱🏻🫲🏾. Cada nueva habilidad que adquieres "afuera" se traduce en contenido más rico, profundo y valioso para tu comunidad "aquí adentro" 📖. Al cuidar tu blog como un jardín personal mientras fortaleces tus bases económicas externas, estás asegurando que, cuando los tiempos mejores regresen, nos encuentren siendo creadores más fuertes, más sabios y con una red más sólida que nunca 🐝.
Por todo esto, nuestra recomendación hoy en tiempo difíciles es: ¡Sigamos remando, creciendo y regenerándonos juntos! 🛶

Reinventing ourselves emotionally means removing the heavy burden of the blog being our sole source of sustenance. By seeking other sources of income and developing new skills in our daily lives (whether by learning a trade, improving our job skills, or venturing outside the network), we are freeing our creativity from anxiety. The blog can then become our true refuge, a sacred space where we document that personal and professional growth without the pressure of the “price of the day.
Staying active on Hive during difficult times is an act of faith in the ecosystem and in ourselves. Every new skill you acquire “outside” translates into richer, deeper, and more valuable content for your community “inside.” By tending to your blog like a personal garden while strengthening your external economic foundations, you are ensuring that when better times return, we will find ourselves stronger, wiser creators with a more solid network than ever before.
For all these reasons, our recommendation today in difficult times is: Let's keep rowing, growing, and regenerating together! 🛶"
