My name is Cesar and I am 32 years old. I live in Cuba 🇨🇺 in a province called Ciego de Avila, more than 400 km from the capital.
I'll start by telling you that after finishing my studies up to 12th grade (Pre-University), I had to do my military service, which is mandatory in my country 🫡 . After two years of anguish and bad nights on guard duty, I decided to go out and improve myself in some of the categories that caught my attention. For example, I studied two Level 1 and Level 2 Cooking courses 👨🍳 at the Cuban Culinary Association, and then one more in Integral General Dependent. This being the one that excited me the most, since I worked for more than 11 years in two restaurants in my city... I love nature, animals, gastronomy, a lover of music, sports, technology and spending time with my friends and family. I am married and have currently been with my wife Giselle for 8 years and 3 months. You can see her in the photo, as well as my beautiful dog 🐕 named SAM, a German shorthaired pointer, who is the soul and love ❤️ of our home. Here I will leave you some photos of him. 👇👇👇👇👇👇

Mi nombre es Cesar y tengo 32 años, vivo en Cuba 🇨🇺en una provincia llamada Ciego de Avila a mas de 400 km de la capital.
Comienzo contandoles que luego de haber terminado mis estudios hasta 12mo Grado (Pre-Universitario) me toco cumplir con el servicio militar, el mismo es obligatorio en mi pais 🫡 . Luego de dos años de angustias y malas noches de guardia decidi salir a superarme en la vida en algunas de las categorias que me llamavan la atencion, como por ejemplo estudie dos cursos Nivel 1 y Nivel 2 de Cocina 👨🍳 en la Asociación Culinaria de Cuba y luego de eso Uno mas de Dependiente Generar Integral. Siendo este el que mas me iluciono, pues estuve mas de 11 años trabajando en dos Restaurantes de mi ciudad.. Me encanta la Naturaleza , los animales , la gastronomia , amante a la musica el deporte la tecnologia y a pasar tiempo con mis amigos y familia.
Soy casado llevo actualmente 8 años y 3 meses con mi esposa Giselle ahi en la foto la podran ver al igual que mi hermoso perro 🐕 llamado SAM un braco aleman siendo este alma y el Amor ❤️ de nustra casa, aqui les voy a dejar algunas fotos de el.👇👇👇👇👇👇

I also love going out to eat at certain places and spending time with my wife and family, where we spend the night chatting and having a good time. I'm a big foodie, so I'm going to show you some of my favorite dishes that I usually order at these places.

Tambien les cuento que me encanta salir a comer en algunos lugares y pasar un buen rato con mi esposa y familia, donde nos pasamos la noche combersando y pasando un buen rato. Soy muy amante a la comida por lo que les voy a estar mostrando algunos de mis platos favoritos que suelo pedir en estos lugares.

[Eng] Here I show you one of my favorites, which are Calenticos de Pescado (Fish Calenticos). This is fish covered in a flour paste and fried, accompanied by mayonnaise and lemon. Great to share with a beer.
[Esp]Aqui les muetros uno de mis favoritos que son Calenticos de Pescado, esto es pescado cubiertos de una pasta de arina y fritos acompañados con Mayonesa y limon, muy buenos para compartir con alguna cerveza.
[Eng] Here I leave you a typical dish of Cuban culinary culture based on Moros Rice, pork in this case it was chops, fried root vegetables and vegetable salad.
[Esp]Aqui les dejo un tipico plato de la cultura culinaria cubana que se basa en Arroz Moros , Carne de cerdo en este caso fue chuletas , vianda fritas y ensalada de vejetales.
[Eng] Almost every Sunday I like to go out to eat Cuban Pizza. Here in my country we make them really thick and with any toppings, but the one I like the most is the Neapolitan one, which is just cheese.
[Esp]Casi todos los domingos me gusta salir a comer Pizza Cubana aqui en mi pais las hacemos bien gruezas y con cualquir ingrediente, pero la que mas me gusta es la de Napolitana q es solo de queso.
[Eng] Another personal fact is that I am a big fan and follower of soccer. It's my favorite sport, although I generally like all sports. I spend a lot of time talking with my friends about sports, games, music, movies, and technology. My time with friends is something I really enjoy since I consider myself a very social person, and I love helping people who have both physical and financial needs.
[Esp]Otro dato personal es que soy muy amante y seguidor del Futbol es mi deporte favorito aunque me gustan todos en general, paso mucho tiempo hablando con mis amigos sobre deportes , juegos , musica , peliculas y tecnologia. Mi tiempo con amigos es algo que disfruto mucho ya que me considero una persona muy social y me encanta ayudar a las personas que tengan nesesidades tanto fisicas como economicas.
