Día de emoción y expectativas. Un poco sobre mí. Mi primer día en Hive. 💕
Me llamo Darcy Dayana, soy venezolana, oriunda de Caracas, donde siempre he vivido, resido actualmente y ruego a Dios que me dé la dicha de estar aquí hasta el último día de mi vida. Tengo 43 años, nací en una familia algo pequeña, criada por mi abuelita, mamá y tíos, dónde el calor familiar siempre fue maravilloso, mi niñez fue plena y feliz rodeada de todos mis seres amados, reuniones familiares los fines de semana, sin ningún tipo de preocupación, quien no es feliz viviendo así. Y aunque muchas cosas cambiaron después que mi adorada abuelita falleció, estoy muy feliz de haberla tenido a mi lado por años. Gracias por esos momentos, siempre te amaré Ague.
Estudie administración mención mercadeo, al mismo tiempo trabajaba en una tienda de comida rápida, siempre me he inclinado por el mundo de las ventas, me gusta saber cuáles son las necesidades de las personas, que les gusta y como poder satisfacerlas, los mercados son mundos, son muy amplios, hay cabida para todo, no es fácil lidiar con las personas, pero aprendemos los que nos dedicamos a esto, como hacerlo. Siempre me gustó ser mi propia jefa, mi propia gerente sin tener que rendirle cuentas a nadie, esto a la larga es muy bueno, porque te hace ser el guía de tus propios pasos y aprender a valerte por ti misma.
Me case hace 25 años, actualmente vivo con mi esposo, él se dedica a la carpintería, es maravilloso en su arte y oficio, y tengo una hermosa hija de 20 años que pertenece a esta comunidad también 
Tengo una hermana que desde hace casi 4 años vive en Canadá, tomo ese rumbo buscando una vida mejor junto a su esposo, su hijita perruna y por esos lares recibió un gran regalo, al príncipe hermoso que Dios me dio por sobrino. Mi hermana también recientemente se unió a esta comunidad para compartirles su arte y vivencias, 
Lo de artistas es de familia, mi mamá, hermana, hija y a casi todos en general se les dan muy bien, las manualidades, pintura, música, cocina, etc.
A mí siempre se me ha dado todo lo que tiene que ver con manualidades en general, pero hace unos años he tratado de explotarlo, he trabajado con pintura sobre madera, (haciendo cofres, cajas, bandejas, porta llaveros, hasta cuadros para decorar mi casa, adornos navideños, un sin fin de cosas). Mi hermana me incentivo en una técnica que no conocía y tiene un campo súper amplio el quilling, con ello puedes hacer innumerable cantidad de cosas, desde un zarcillo, hasta decoraciones impresionantes para cualquier ocasión, todo es cuestión de dejar volar la imaginación y crear diseños propios como en mi caso suele suceder, trabajo con cualquier tipo de material, para collares, pulseras. Ya lo irán viendo por este medio.
Trabajo en casa, desde que comenzó la pandemia, vendo todo lo que se me ocurre y puedo, sigo con mis manualidades. Estuve como encargada en la organización de una venta de garage/mercado de pulgas residencial, por bastante tiempo, allí aprovechaba de hacer lo que me gusta gerenciar y vender todas mis creaciones, lamentablemente comenzó la pandemia y por lo pronto a estado paralizado, pero con la convicción de que pronto lo volveré a reactivar.
¿Quién me trajo hasta aquí?
Una amiguita muy querida, una niña a la que vi crecer, hija de una de mis mejores amigas, fueron mis vecinos y familia hasta que tuvieron que respirar, secarse las lágrimas y tomar otro camino fuera de nuestras fronteras, por un futuro mejor. Pao es una niña hermosa con un talento nato para la escritura y mil cosas más, otra artista en potencia, pertenece a esta comunidad hace bastante tiempo y me la recomendó con los ojos cerrados, para ser parte ella y vivir experiencias diferentes, sé que no me voy a arrepentir, gracias mi 
¿Mi finalidad de estar aquí?
Conocer este nuevo mundo, aprender de esta gran comunidad, tratar de compartir con ustedes mis vivencias, experiencias, conocimientos, mis trabajos, que vengan mil musas para regalárselas a ustedes y que las puedan poner en práctica.

Hello everyone. Finally I'm here, with deep excitement and expectations of what it will bring to me.
My name is Darcy Dayana, I’m Venezuelan, a native of Caracas, where I have always lived, I currently reside and I pray to God to give me the joy of being here until the last day of my life. I am 43 years old, I was born in a small family, raised by my grandmother, mother and uncles, where the family warmth was always there, my childhood was full of happiness, surrounded by all my loved ones, family reunions on weekends, without any worries, who is not happy living like that. Although many things changed after my beloved grandmother passed away, I’m very grateful to had her by my side for years. Thank you for those moments, I will always love you, Ague.
I’ve always been inclined to the world of sales, I like to know what people's needs are, what they like and how to satisfy them, markets are worlds, they are very wide, there is room for everything, it’s not easy to deal with people, but those of us who are dedicated to this, learn how to do it. I always liked being my own boss, my own manager without having to be accountable to anyone, this is very good in the long run, because it makes you be the guide of your own steps and learn to fend for yourself.
I got married 25 years ago, I currently live with my husband, he is dedicated to carpentry, he is wonderful in his art and craft, and I have a beautiful 20 year old daughter who belongs to this community too,
I have a sister who has been living in Canada for almost 4 years, she took that direction looking for a better life with her husband, her little doggy daughter and the beautiful prince that God gave me for nephew. My sister also recently joined this community to share her art and experiences,
Being an artist runs in my family, my mom, sister, daughter and almost everyone in general is very good at arts and crafts, painting, music, cooking, etc.
I have always liked everything that has to do with crafts in general, but a few years ago I have tried to exploit it, I have worked with painting on wood, (making chests, boxes, trays, keychain holders, even pictures to decorate my house, Christmas ornaments, endless things). My sister encouraged me in a technique that I did not know, the quilling, with it you can do countless things, from an earring, to impressive decorations for any occasion, it's all about letting your imagination fly and create your own designs, I work with any type of material, for necklaces, bracelets. You will be seeing it through this medium.
I work at home, since the pandemic began, I sell everything I can think of and I can, and also I continue with my crafts. I was in charge of the organization of a garage sale/residential flea market, for quite some time, there I took advantage of doing what I like to manage and sell all my creations, unfortunately since the pandemic began it has been paralyzed, but I have the conviction that soon I will reactivate it again.
Who brought me here?
A very dear friend, a little girl I watched grow up, daughter of one of my best friends, they were my neighbors and family until they had to breathe, wipe their tears and take another path outside our country, for a better future. Pao is a beautiful girl with a born talent for writing and a thousand other things, another artist in potential, she belongs to this community for quite some time and recommended her to me with my eyes closed, to be part of it and live different experiences, I know I will not regret it, thank you my
