Sheng Biao, también conocido como dardo con cuerda es un arma originado en China que esta en la clasificación de armas flexibles por su particular manera de ser utilizada. Esta arma se conforma de una cuerda larga, casi siempre 3 a 5 metros, con un dardo de metal en un extremo y del otro lado ya puede depender, casi siempre es un anillo o una pequeña esfera de metal también y toda esto permite que sea un arma con un largo alcance y rápido regreso también por el latigazo.

Esta arma de verdad a mi me parece una obra maestra, porque en mi época aprendiendo artes marciales conocí varias en personas junto con varios esquemas para presentarlas, el abanico el "cha" (bastón) también los conocí pero el que me enamoro definitivamente fue este, el Sheng Biao, por su forma e increíble manera de moverse al ser utilizado, con esa flexibilidad que tiene se puede usar para retorcer, atar, rodear, golpear, perforar, apretar, acuchillar y MÁS, es una locura y OJO, no es nada fácil usarla.

Otra cosa que me recuerda esta arma es un JUEGO (seh... yo siempre tengo o un anime o un juego como referencias en mi vida) y pues la mayoría lo conocemos es a Escorpio de Mortal Kombat, su famoso "Get over Here!" es realizado con un Sheng Biao jejeje.

De verdad que lo que también amo de las artes marciales chinas son sus mandamientos, porque de verdad pueden enseñar a utilizar técnicas, con o sin armas, muy peligrosas, pero por su manera de educar y enseñar todo desde el principio te llevan a respetar el no usar esas armas y técnicas de manera irresponsable, por eso también sin miedo admiro esta arma y me encantaría tener una en mi mano así sea solo una vez, para sentir esa fluidez a la hora de moverla.
