¿De qué se habló en el pasado Town Hall hispano?
El pasado viernes a horas de la noche se realizo vía X (twitter) el segundo Town Hall de la comunidad Hispana (si quieres saber de que se trata el Town Hall pincha aquí) en donde se habló sobre tres temas bastante interesantes y que a todos como comunidad nos compete.

APR del HBD en ahorros.
Piscina de Recompensas.
Fue una conversación larga pero llena de puntos de vista realmente interesantes, por más de dos horas miembros de la comunidad hispana debatieron estos tres puntos. También por medio de inleo.io vía threads miembros de la comunidad que estaban participando del debate por medio de hilos, comentando sus puntos de vista y opiniones de dichos temas.

Como no me voy a dedicar a resumir todo lo que se habló y se debatió, me centraré en dar mi punto de vista sobre los temas que marcaron el ritmo y la pauta de la segunda edición del Town Hall Hispano.

Con respecto a los downvotes pienso que es un tema que puede tener bastante tema que cortar, algunos defienden que cuando se ejerce un voto de este tipo se debe dar razón, otros que no es necesario dar razones. Personalmente, no me gusta ver las cosas de manera binaria, creo que en los matices hay perspectivas que podemos explorar. Como bien diría Aristóteles, "el tercer camino". Creo que se el asunto de dar explicaciones dependerá de las circunstancias, el motivo del downvote. Hay muchos motivos por los cuales se puede dar un downvote, quizá el punto de vista menos ético es ejercerlo por capricho, pero es una opción que es posible. Se puede dar como medida de castigo por alguna falta o se puede ejercer como un mecanismo de regulación y entre otros. El asunto que me hace pensar es el cómo discernir cuando es factible dar razón y cuando no.

El APR del HBD se refiere al interés que genera el hecho de tener HBD en la sección de ahorros en nuestra billetera, ahora bien, esto es un debate bastante interesante. Pero, es un tema que debe ser abordado por personas que sepan de economía, en mi caso, no podría generar una opinión lo suficientemente acertada porque carezco de los conocimientos económicos, lo que si he escuchado es que la economía de Hive apenas maneja un 6% de deuda, y que es sostenible un APR del 20% por un buen tiempo.
Si tú tienes una opinión al respecto déjala en los comentarios, lo que pienso es que es un debate interesante porque nos invita a todos al estar atento de las movidas económicas del ecosistema y a los que conocemos poco de esta área, nos invita a investigar y aprender más sobre ello.
Personalmente siento que es un atractivo financiero importante de nuestra blockchain, y que mientras la deuda sea una deuda dentro de parámetros manejables, mantener este APR puede ser profundamente benéfico para la expansión de Hive en el mundo cripto.

Quizá este punto fue el tema que más ocupo la atención de los speakers y host del programa, como de los participantes. A un miembro de la comunidad se le ocurrió la idea de "eliminar la piscina de recompensas" desconozco las razones y motivos de su postura, al parecer esta por publicar sus razones, pero independientemente de sus razones, considero que la piscina de recompensas es el corazón de Hive. El considerar eliminarlo es considerar eliminar a Hive.
Obviamente la piscina de recompensas no es lo único que Hive puede ofrecer, pero representa un atractivo mayúsculo dentro del ecosistema blockchain. Quizá se pueda pensar y debatir en la forma en la cual se distribuye la piscina, se puede pensar en cambiar de algún modo el protocolo de distribución.
La filosofía de Hive como protocolo de web3 defiende la libertad, y medidas como esta no pueden ser impuestas. Pero, lo que sí me resulta increíble es comenzar a cuestionar la forma de distribución de recompensas, con esto no estoy afirmando que el modo en el cual se ha venido distribuyendo este mal, pero, quizá el dar eso por seguro puede eliminar de nuestra mente la posibilidad de construir algo mejor.
No estoy de acuerdo con erradicar la piscina de recompensas, pero, pero si estoy de acuerdo con la idea de replantearnos así sea de manera retórica la manera de distribuir las recompensas.

Regarding downvotes I think it is a topic that can have quite a bit of issue to cut through, some advocate that when exercising a downvote of this type you should give reason, others that it is not necessary to give reasons.
