Yo estaba muy pendiente esta semana de una fecha importante, pero definitivamente he estado muy ocupada; atareada haciendo un montón de cosas y sobre todo tratando de terminar un curso de estadística, que empecé hace meses y que por mi problema de procrastinación no había concluido. Pero chicos me había ganado una beca ¿Saben? y no quería dejarlo así. Era una oportunidad casi única. Y la verdad, me parecía que no debía dejarla pasar.
Entre eso y el reloj de mi computadora que ya no funciona cuando la apago, olvidé el día especial este día tan especial, o en realidad no lo olvidé sino que no sabía que día estaba viviendo. Fue muy cómico para ser honesta, día pensando en la fecha y ¡ZAS! simplemente se me pasó sin querer por esa situación.
¿Y por qué era tan importante? porque justamente el 5 de febrero empecé en la #blockchain. En este mágico mundo que me ha cambiado la vida definitivamente. Y eso en muchos aspectos, ya que hay muchas experiencias que contar, mucho que agradecer. Y eso porque he encontrado un espacio para compartir y expresarme. Eso, y muchos otros beneficios que se han manifestado de forma importante durante la pandemia. Cabe destacar que recibí mi insignia obsequio de

Yo que quería escribir un Post. Pero bueno lo celebraré hoy y como en la vida real celebraré mi semana aniversario en la #blockchain. Así que pues, haré un poco de memoria y les contaré parte de la historia. y entre otras cosas, seguramente les comentaré porqué me gusta tanto y por qué me siento tan contenta en #hive. Como dato curioso les comento que sobre esto hablaré en vivo, ya les contaré sobre eso muy pronto.
Pues sin más demora les cuento un poco como has sido mi experiencia en este mundo al que he llamado mi "vida virtual"; aunque para ser honesta cada vez se ha vuelto más real.

El inicio de todo
Todo comenzó cuando regresé de mis estudios académicos. Había pasado un tiempo fuera enfocada en la tesis y en las publicaciones científicas, así como en los tesistas que había dejado en Venezuela, cabe destacar que pese a lo lejos los atendía en medida de lo posible. Volver a casa como dice la canción. Regresar a Venezuela representaba varias cosas a la vez, desde alegría, miedo, nostalgia, realmente uno va cambiando y yo por supuesto, aunque en esencia era la misma, también había cambiado, porque eso es parte de la vida.
Estaba como quien dice preñada de ideas, con ganas de compartir muchas cosas, pero a la vez readaptándome porque estaba volviendo a un país que no era el mismo y una universidad que mucho menos lo era. Todo había cambiado y aunque fui y vine un par de veces, ahora estaba sumida en esa realidad y estaba un poco descolocada y extraña. Un amigo y compañero de trabajo, un profesor de inglés encargado de la División de Investigación de la Universidad donde laboro, al ver mi inquietud y euforia por las ganas de compartir información y experiencias, porque yo quería dar charlas ,impartir talleres, retomar mis actividades sobre todo de investigación y divulgación de conocimiento. Y a la vez quería compartir con la gente la experiencia de estar fuera por un tiempo y regresar.
El Profe me dijo que había un estilo de red social que se llamaba Steemit que se la habían recomendado, me explicó algo de escribir y que sabía que me gustaba hacerlo y que eso me podría servir muchísimo. En fin me abrí una cuenta y ya ni recuerdo como, porque yo soy medio neófita para eso.
Mi primera publicación fue creo que un ¡Hola! is anybody here? y luego publiqué otra frase. No se porque me hice la idea que era como Facebook o algo parecido. Logré también compartir una foto. No recibía ni un like, no utilicé etiquetas ni nada. Fue muy cómico estar completamente perdida en este océano me sentí más pequeña que el fitoplancton. Por eso, lo dejé así abandonado. No tenía idea de que se trataba.

Así logré aprender muchas cosas para ir construyendo mi #blog que podría parecer desordenado, pero que ahora que lo razono con detenimiento muestra mi evolución y mi vida #blockchain tal cual ha acontecido con sus aciertos y desaciertos y eso me parece muy auténtico; y más aún va acorde con mi criterio de congruencia entre lo que parece, lo que se dice y lo que es. Porque yo no tenía idea de lo que era este mundo. Y ahora 4 años después, tampoco es que sea experta, solo he aprendido más y sigo haciéndolo.
Un poco más profundo

La Blockchain como medio de crecimiento y superación
Mi experiencia en la #blockchain y sobre todo en #hive porque he participado en otras plataformas, ha representado un reto, un camino de superación en los que paso a paso he aprendido cosas, he mejorado mis publicaciones, he aumentado mis habilidades de escritura y creación de contenido, algo a lo que me dedico esporádicamente en plataformas de Freelance para obtener ingresos. Asimismo, cada vez hay algo nuevo que aprender. Ahora, por ejemplo, estoy tratando de jugar en 
Hive account@sprinterland me cuesta pero lo intento. También consumo contenido y lo curo. Esta fase la aprendí sobre todo cuando tuve la oportunidad de participar en Make a Minnow (Hive account@minnowsupport ; Hive account@minnowsupport). La verdad aprendí mucho en esa oportunidad. Es una experiencia diferente. Y me abrió la posibilidad de comprender otras cosas. Tener una delegación me ayudó en mi crecimiento y conocimiento. Make a Minnow
Este año, veo incluso a la #blockchain y a #hive como una posibilidad de financiamiento parcial de mi proyecto de investigación. Como saben yo soy una investigadora venezolana y me especializo en ciencias ambientales y no cuento con financiamiento para seguir levantando información sobre el contenido de basura marina y microplásticos en las costas venezolanas; lo que a su vez se relaciona con la promoción del estudio de la ciencia en mi país y la posibilidad de mantener niveles de educación de calidad en estos tiempos de crisis. En vista de eso, y que no deseo quedarme sin hacer nada, sino seguir contribuyendo con la conservación de los mares y océanos y con la divulgación de información sobre estos contaminantes para promover un cambio en los patrones de consumo, estoy empleando como estrategia la creación de contenido o compartir mis actividades científicas y académicas relacionadas con este y otros temas para solventar gastos de salidas de campo y laboratorio. De hecho, este año ya empecé con el ese esquema y ya llevamos a cabo la primera salida de campo. Gracias a la #blockchain pude costear parte del transporte y la comida.

I was very aware of an important date this week, but I've definitely been very busy; busy doing a lot of things and above all trying to finish a statistics course that I started months ago and that due to my procrastination problem I hadn't finished. But guys, I had won a scholarship, you know? And I didn't want to leave it like that. It was an almost unique opportunity. And the truth, it seemed to me that I should not let it pass.
Between that and the clock on my computer that no longer works when I turn it off, I forgot the special day this very special day, or really I didn't forget it but I didn't know what day I was living. It was very funny to be honest, day thinking about the date and WOW! It just happened to me unintentionally because of that situation.
And why was it so important? because precisely on February 5th I started in the #blockchain. In this magical world that has definitely changed my life. And that in many aspects, since there are many experiences to tell, much to be thankful for. And that because I have found a space to share and express myself. That, and many other benefits that have manifested themselves in important ways during the pandemic. It should be noted that I received my badge as a gift from Hive account@hivebuzz, how nice that felt.
I wanted to write a Post. But hey, I'll celebrate today, and like in real life I'll celebrate my anniversary week on the #blockchain. So then, I'll do a little memory and tell you part of the story. and among other things, I will surely tell you why I like it so much and why I feel so happy in #hive. Well, without further delay, I will tell you a little about my experience in this world that I have called my "virtual life"; although to be honest it has become more and more real.

The begining of everything
It all started when I came back from my academic studies. She had spent some time away focused on her thesis and scientific publications, as well as the thesis students she had left behind in Venezuela. It should be noted that, despite being far away, she assisted them as much as possible. Go home as the song says. Returning to Venezuela represented several things at the same time, from joy, fear, nostalgia, really one is changing and of course, although in essence, it was the same, I had also changed, because that is part of life.
I was like someone who says pregnant with ideas, wanting to share many things, but at the same time readjusting myself because I was returning to a country that was not the same and a university that much less was. Everything had changed and although I went back and forth a couple of times, now I was immersed in that reality and I was a bit disoriented and strange. A friend and colleague, an English professor in charge of the Research Division of the University where I work, saw my concern and euphoria for the desire to share information and experiences, because I wanted to give talks, give workshops, resume my activities especially research and dissemination of knowledge. And at the same time, I wanted to share with people the experience of being away for a while and coming back.
The teacher told me that there was a style of social network called Steemit that had been recommended to him, he explained something about writing to me and that he knew that I liked doing it and that it could be very useful for me. Anyway, I opened an account and I don't even remember how because I'm kind of a neophyte for that.
My first post was I think a Hello! is anybody here? and then I posted another sentence. I don't know why I got the idea that it was like Facebook or something similar. I also managed to share a photo. I didn't get a like, I didn't use tags or anything. It was so funny being completely lost in this ocean I felt smaller than phytoplankton. That's why I left it like that abandoned. I had no idea what it was.
Then I think that in the month of April, talking with other acquaintances Hive account@angelica7 and Hive account@abdulmath, the subject came up by chance. I guess because of the search for additional income. For them, I joined a group whose purpose was to learn together, and there we shared our discoveries and tests, then each one went looking for their space.
My entry to #discord was crazy and although @ angelica7 told me that it would be difficult for me at first to learn that way, I thought I would not make it. That's how I got to know some communities and I joined the cures of that time, I remember Hive account@alarconr22.arte, Hive account@purrix, Hive account@fermionico, and surely many more. All these activities feed us. It seemed interesting to me how some of those who knew more and who were fluent in English dedicated themselves to teaching. That's how I also got to Hive account@rutablockchain, Hive account@danielvehe, Hive account@emmy. There are so many memories that come to my mind. And a lot of gratitude.
So I managed to learn many things to build my #blog that might seem messy, but now that I think about it carefully it shows my evolution and my #blockchain life as it has happened with its successes and failures and that seems very authentic to me; and even more so it is consistent with my criterion of congruence between what seems, what is said and what is. Because I had no idea what this world was. And now 4 years later, it's not that I'm an expert either, I've just learned more and continue to do so.

In this way, I have been deepening my experience more and more. I have participated in several communities and activities. And I have met many. The Blockchain as a means of growth and improvement
My experience in the #blockchain and especially in #hive because I have participated in other platforms, has represented a challenge, a path of improvement in which step by step I have learned things, I have improved my publications, I have increased my writing and content creation skills, something I do sporadically on Freelance platforms to earn income. Also, each time there is something new to learn. Now, for example, I'm trying to play Hive account@sprinterland I'm having a hard time but I'm trying. I also consume content and curate it. I learned this phase especially when I had the opportunity to participate in Make a Minnow (Hive account@minnowsupport ; Hive account@minnowsupport). I really learned a lot on that occasion. It is a different experience. And it opened up the possibility of understanding other things. Having a delegation helped me in my growth and knowledge. Make a Minnow
This year, I even see #blockchain and #hive as a possibility to partially finance my research project. As you know, I am a Venezuelan researcher and I specialize in environmental sciences I do not have funding to continue gathering information on the content of marine litter and microplastics on the Venezuelan coasts; which in turn is related to the promotion of the study of science in my country and the possibility of maintaining quality education levels in these times of crisis. In view of this, and that I do not wish to remain doing nothing, but rather to continue contributing to the conservation of the seas and oceans and to the dissemination of information on these pollutants in order to promote a change in consumption patterns, I am employing as a strategy the creation of content or share my scientific and academic activities related to this and other topics to pay for field trips and laboratory expenses. In fact, this year I already started with that scheme and we already carried out the first field trip. Thanks to the #blockchain I was able to pay for part of the transportation and food.
