Ya que me lo preguntan daré mi humilde opinión 😅…. Fuera de broma el tema de las personalidades de Hive es algo delicado, creo que como comunidad latinoamericana en general tendemos a ser amables los unos con los otros, pero nunca falta quien no lo es, no pretendo juzgar 🙄 a nadie solo pienso que si Hive es una plataforma de creación de contenido que esta formada por comunidades la idea es formar parte de la comunidad, aislarse o solo hacer acto de presencia para publicar no va a hacer que la gente quiera leer a un Hiver, anteriormente yo cometía ese error , siempre he sido amable pero poco comentaba y me enfocaba solo en que mi contenido o tutoriales estuviesen bien hechos, pero no me sentía parte importante de la comunidad hasta que descubrí el verdadero valor de los comentarios, entonces para mi un Hiver debe ser una persona amable, abierta a consumir contenido de otras personas en la Colmena y por su puesto no se debe aislar de los demás.

Outside of joking, the subject of Hive's personalities is something delicate, I think that as a Latin American community in general we tend to be kind to each other, but there is never a lack of people who are not, I do not intend to judge anyone 🙄 I just think that if Hive It is a content creation platform that is made up of communities. The idea is to be part of the community, isolate yourself or just show up to publish, it is not going to make people want to read a Hiver. Before, I always made that mistake. I've been kind but I didn't comment much and I focused only on my content or tutorials being well done, but I didn't feel like an important part of the community until I discovered the true value of comments, so for me a Hiver must be a friendly person, open to consuming content from other people in the Hive and of course should not be isolated from others.
Creo que en Hive estamos para crecer juntos y nada nos cuesta dar un consejo cuando alguien por ser nuevo usuario está haciendo publicaciones que no están siendo vistas por los usuarios o los curadores, pero tampoco eso quiere decir que se deba destruir a un Hiver con un comentario de mal gusto, creo que hay formas educadas de ayudar al otro sin que esto se vea como un consejo dado por un Hiver egocéntrico, todos cometemos errores y por eso es bueno compartir comentarios de ayuda mutua, tengo algunos años aquí y sigo aprendiendo pero también me gusta compartir lo que sé, todos los Hiver deberían ayudarse mutuamente, solo de esa forma se construyen comunidades sólidas, con usuarios comprometidos no sólo con sus publicaciones sino con la plataforma.
I believe that in Hive we are to grow together and it is not difficult for us to give advice when someone, being a new user, is making publications that are not being seen by users or curators, but that does not mean that a Hiver should be destroyed with a comment in bad taste, I think there are polite ways to help the other without this being seen as advice given by an egocentric Hiver, we all make mistakes and that's why it's good to share comments of mutual help, I've been here for a few years and I'm still learning but I also like to share what I know, all Hiver should help each other, only in this way are solid communities built, with users committed not only to their posts but to the platform.

Por otro lado creo que la característica principal que debería tener un Hiver es la constancia y saber aprender de los errores, a veces me da mucha tristeza cuando una persona que empezó creando buen contenido después de unos días de no recibir buenas recompensas se da por vencido, pienso que tienen un gran potencial que se perdió en la plataforma, aunque las malas rachas de votación existen creo que es importante tener en mente que todo esto puede pasar y que la constancia siempre es recompensada de alguna forma, pero no deben aislarse de la comunidad porque los otros usuarios siempre dan ese comentario amable que motiva a seguir adelante.
On the other hand, I think that the main characteristic that a Hiver should have is perseverance and knowing how to learn from mistakes, sometimes it makes me very sad when a person who started creating good content after a few days of not receiving good rewards gives up, I think they have great potential that was lost on the platform, although bad voting streaks exist I think it is important to keep in mind that all this can happen and that perseverance is always rewarded in some way , but they shouldn't isolate themselves from the community because other users always give that kind comment that motivates them to keep going.
¿Cómo deberían evolucionar un Hiver? / How should a Hiver evolve?
Hablar de evolucionar es un término y poco fuerte, es decir nadie evoluciona en sentido contrario a sus propias necesidades y si lo hace pues perece, tanto si es una caso de un ser vivo real o de un ser imaginario como un pokemon 😁, la evolución siempre se da gracias a la capacidad de adaptación, entonces teniendo eso en mente la diferentes evoluciones va a depender del contexto, el tiempo y por supuesto las características únicas de ese ser vivo, por lo tanto cada persona en Hive evoluciona bajo sus propios términos, pero también existen evoluciones grupales por ejemplo la comunidad latina cuando empezó a publicar en dos idiomas, esto fue una adaptación que se dio en respuesta a la necesidad de ser vistos por personas de diferentes países y al mismo tiempo optar por la curación de una ballena que habla otro idioma, por otro lado si nos vamos a lo micro no es fácil que una pez de la noche a la mañana evolucione para volar, pero es posible que utilice sus propias capacidades para mejorar todo lo que puede dentro de su propio entorno, creo que son pocos los Hiver de habla hispana que han aprendido a hablar inglés, pero estoy segura que casi todos pueden hacer una publicación bilingüe, algunos corrigen los errores del traductor automático mientras que otros los pasan desapercibidos, pero algo es seguro todos dimos esa pequeña evolución en cuanto a las publicaciones, por lo que pienso que los Hivers evolucionarán cada día conforme a los nuevos retos que conlleva crear contenido de calidad, incluyendo nuevos formatos, nuevas formas de interactuar con los usuarios, nuevas aplicaciones (por ejemplo ahora hay videos dentro de Hive) , el futuro solo lo verán los que se adapten a todo los bueno que se vendrá para Hive.
