Es increíble la cantidad de habilidades que se pueden desarrollar en Hive. Inclusive algunas que nosotros mismos no sabíamos. No busco con esta abertura glorificar algo que ocurre en la vida misma. Y me refiero a que somos seres que aparte de tener la capacidad de aprender, también tenemos la de cambiar. Nuestras vidas a medida que pasa el tiempo van evolucionando, y muchos factores podrían determinar que terminemos haciendo lo que nunca habíamos pensado otrora hacer. Este es mi caso.
Cuando empecé a establecerme en el mundo de las criptos. Especialmente en la creación de contenido en Hive. Me dí cuenta que para tener mejores posibilidades debía aprender nuevas habilidades y ponerlas en práctica de manera audaz y sin miedo a equivocarme. A pesar de carecer de temor, fueron muchos errores los que cometí, pero esta serie de errores terminaron convirtiéndose en algo positivo porque aprendí al máximo de ellos, y a pesar de todavía considerarme un creador de contenido promedio, esa audacia de atreverme a explorar terrenos desconocidos, pero sobre todo intentarlo; Ha ayudado a posicionarme y tomar responsabilidad en campos que jamás en mi vida hubiera pensado estar.
Al final, después de muchos años de intentar, probar fórmulas que puedan mejorar mi marca personal, intentos de creación de contenido de distintos tipos, no decir que no a las oportunidades presentadas sin importar mi nivel de experiencia, y sobre todo actuar. Han hecho sorprenderme conmigo mismo porque al final he terminado haciendo lo que jamás hubiera pensado.
Gracias a Hive, encontré la motivación necesaria para intentar desenvolverme mejor en un ambiente que de por sí, es muy competitivo. Al final terminé entendiendo que además de enfocarnos en lo que mejor sabemos hacer, tenemos que dar ese paso de salir de la zona de confort y aprender nuevas cosas.
Como creadores de contenido Hive es un lugar muy noble. Y no quiero dramatizar esto último, pero sí, es una red social noble e inclusiva en el sentido de que los usuarios somos más que tolerantes, empáticos en el proceso de desarrollo de nuevos usuarios. En Hive educamos, no hacemos burla de los contenidos o usuarios que quizá al estar empezando a explorar un terreno desconocido, no cuentan con la experiencia y el conocimiento de usuarios más experimentados, ergo, Hive es un ecosistema idóneo para aprender, o desarrollar nuestras habilidades. Haciendo contraste con las redes sociales tradicionales en donde el consumidor de contenido es implacable con creaciones que quizá no cubran las expectativas. En Hive se aprende y se enseña, no se critica, y en caso de criticar, en la mayoría de los casos es de manera constructiva.
Hace años, jamás pasó por mi mente en que me terminaría convirtiendo en creador de contenido, aprender de edición de videos, subtitular, ser parte de programas en vivo, ser host de eventos, mejorar mi oratoria, participar en eventos, colaborar directamente con grandes líderes, vender genuinamente la esperanza de tener un espacio descentralizado y lleno de oportunidades como lo es Hive; Y en esto último es donde me he sentido más lleno y satisfecho. Me considero un advocado de Hive, como muchos porque realmente creo en la tecnología. Más allá de los dividendos e incentivos.
Para concluir quiero deciros que aunque esta nota tenga la apariencia de ser acerca de mí, les aclaro que es el contrario; Esta nota es para ustedes, y lo digo porque somos especiales y al mismo tiempo no. Con esto quiero decir que todos y cada uno de nosotros debemos buscar nuestras oportunidades dentro de la cadena. In the end, after many years of trying, trying formulas that can improve my personal brand, attempts to create content of different types, not saying no to the opportunities presented regardless of my level of experience, and above all acting. They have made me surprise myself because in the end I have ended up doing what I would have never thought of.
Thanks to Hive, I found the necessary motivation to try to perform better in an environment that in itself is very competitive. In the end I ended up understanding that in addition to focusing on what we do best, we have to take that step of stepping out of our comfort zone and learning new things.
As content creators Hive is a very noble place. And I don't want to dramatize the latter, but yes, it is a noble and inclusive social network in the sense that we users are more than tolerant, empathetic in the process of developing new users.
