as for packing up a life, often step 0 is the hardest one to take, to face the actual deeper, underlying needs of oneself. the truth is sometimes just too hard to swallow in one piece.

the subconscious and our body though is often trying to give us signals that ‘hey dude, you are heading in the wrong direction, this is not gonna end up well’, to meet those underlying needs, but in the rushing, ‘performance takes it all’ world we try to mute their shouting.
