Mis Perspectivas y Metas.

Hola nuevamente, amigos de la comunidad de Hive account@aliento, he escuchado y leído muchas veces, cuando se dice que no debes plantearte tantas metas a la vez, que las cosas cuando se van a dar, pues se dan y ya; adicional a ello, también cuando nos dicen “no digas lo que deseas, porque luego no se da”; pues en mi caso particular, me gusta planificar las cosas importantes, esos pequeños objetivos que se dibujan como especie de escalones en una escalera, para ir subiendo paso a paso, sin mirar hacia abajo, solo al frente. Este método me ha dado algunos resultados positivos, así que pienso seguir poniéndolo en práctica durante este año que recién comienza.

My Perspectives and Goals.

Hello again, friends of the Hive account@aliento community, I have heard and read many times, when it is said that you should not set so many goals at once, that when things are going to happen, they happen and that's it; in addition to this, also when we are told "do not say what you want, because then it does not happen"; because in my particular case, I like to plan the important things, those small goals that are drawn as a kind of steps on a ladder, to go up step by step, without looking down, only in front. This method has given me some positive results, so I plan to continue putting it into practice during this year that has just begun.

Una de las claves primordiales de este esquema, es el ahorro; de allí parte todo y éste se debe mantener constante, sin importar lo poco o mucho que podamos guardar, lo importante es no dejar de hacerlo. El aprendizaje en @Hive nunca termina, siempre hay cosas nuevas por aprender, sobre todo en el tema de las opciones en nuestra wallet. Por supuesto, todos deseamos que nuestro nivel de billetera aumente, pero en ocasiones ocurren cosas que nos llevan a echar mano de nuestro ahorro; con respecto a ello, puede haber diversos motivos que conlleven realizar un gasto imprevisto, un claro ejemplo es alguna emergencia por cuestiones de salud y es tan inesperado como urgente.

Learning in @Hive never ends, there are always new things to learn, especially on the subject of the options in our wallet. Of course, we all want our wallet level to increase, but sometimes things happen that lead us to dip into our savings; in this regard, there may be various reasons that lead us to make an unforeseen expense, a clear example is an emergency due to health issues and it is as unexpected as it is urgent.

No obstante, si es cierto que toda necesidad debe ser cubierta, también es cierto que debemos estar preparados, o al menos prevenir cualquier imprevisto. Esto se traduce en mantener un pequeño fondo, ya sea en nuestra wallet o en físico, para al menos intentar cubrir alguna que otra eventualidad. En mi caso, es lo que estuve haciendo en algunos momentos del año que acaba de culminar, fui guardando parte de mis recompensas, claro, en ocasiones eran buenas, en otras menos y así; pero es importante ser constantes y sumar, esta es otra palabra clave que he mantenido presente “sumar”, siempre enfocados en el objetivo, en ese entontes, era un obsequio para mi hijo.

However, if it is true that every need must be covered, it is also true that we must be prepared, or at least prevent any unforeseen eventuality. This translates into keeping a small fund, either in our wallet or physically, to at least try to cover some eventuality or other. In my case, this is what I was doing in some moments of the year that has just ended, I was saving part of my rewards, of course, sometimes they were good, sometimes less and so on; but it is important to be consistent and add, this is another key word that I have kept in mind "add", always focused on the goal, at that time, it was a gift for my son.

De tal manera, me planteo en este año algunas metas a corto y mediano plazo. En primer lugar fortalecer un poco más mi cuenta, es decir, ahorrar en HP y establecer otro pequeño fondo, para eventualidades menores (todo depende) y que se ajuste a nuestro presupuesto familiar. Para evaluar el estatus de ese fondo, hago una comparación mensual de saldo acumulado. Todo depende de las recompensas y estas serán buenas, en la medida de la calidad de las publicaciones, porque estas metas no son fáciles, pero tampoco imposibles. Les cuento que es algo que lo estoy pensando con mis dedos jajaja, es decir, lo tengo en mente y lo voy escribiendo acá para ustedes.

Therefore, this year I have set myself some short and medium term goals. First of all, to strengthen my account a little more, that is, to save in HP and to establish another small fund, for minor eventualities (it all depends) and that adjusts to our family budget. To evaluate the status of that fund, I make a monthly comparison of accumulated balance. Everything depends on the rewards and these will be good, in the measure of the quality of the publications, because these goals are not easy, but not impossible either. I tell you that I am thinking about it with my fingers hahaha, that is to say, I have it in mind and I am writing it here for you.

El objetivo a mediano plazo, lo veré Dios mediante a finales de año, son cosas básicas que nos hacen falta para mantener un ambiente de bienestar familiar. Todo padre hace lo que sea por sus hijos y la primera fortaleza que tengo es el apoyo de la familia @Hive; es una plataforma que se ha convertido en parte primordial de mi día a día, Hive está presente en mi casa en todo momento; mis hijos ya están habituados al idioma de la plataforma y algunas de sus actividades jajaja, por ejemplo me preguntan: ¿Papá sobre qué harás tu post de hoy? Teniendo en cuenta que tienen 9 y 5 años, lo toman con naturalidad.

The medium-term goal, I will see God willing at the end of the year, are basic things that we need to maintain an environment of family well-being. Every parent does whatever it takes for their children and the first strength I have is the support of the @Hive family; it is a platform that has become an essential part of my day to day, Hive is present in my home at all times; my children are already accustomed to the language of the platform and some of its activities hahaha, for example they ask me: Dad, what will you do your post about today? Considering they are 9 and 5 years old, they take it naturally.

Sumado a lo ya expuesto, me propongo seguir aprendiendo sobre el manejo de la plataforma y ahora con el nuevo manejo de @3speak a partir del 6 de enero, hacer una adaptación a las novedades dentro de la plataforma, para continuar ofreciendo mis aportes dentro de cada comunidad. Este será un camino de crecimiento en todos los ámbitos, dado que la experiencia adquirida en el 2021, representan la principal herramienta para el presente año. Por estos motivos, soy optimista con @Hive, además se observa una estabilidad en nuestra moneda, que respalda cualquier emprendimiento que nos propongamos. Mi perspectiva es crecimiento, mi meta, seguir sumando en calidad para mi familia @Hive y @Aliento.

In addition to the above, I intend to continue learning about the management of the platform and now with the new management of @3speak from January 6, to adapt to the new features within the platform, to continue offering my contributions within each community. This will be a path of growth in all areas, since the experience gained in 2021, represent the main tool for this year. For these reasons, I am optimistic with @Hive, also there is a stability in our currency, which supports any undertaking we propose. My perspective is growth, my goal is to continue adding quality to my family @Hive and @Aliento.
