Hace unos días, por culpa de un estrés y de que las plataformas de los bancos no siempre son muy buenas, cometimos un gran error, transferimos 120$ (en bolívares) a una cuenta de banco de una prima, que llevaba inactiva más de 5 años, ya que ella está fuera del país.
Como saben para abrir una cuenta lleva muchos métodos de seguridad y no teníamos nada a la mano, tuvimos algo de esperanza cuando recordamos que mi tía (la mamá de ella) tenía un poder que le permitía realizas cualquier transacción bancaria, así que el lunes fuimos al banco, pero se nos quitó la esperanza cuando nos dijeron que ese poder solo servía por 6 meses ( algo que me parece ilógico, porque porque por algo se le deja un poder a las personas, para que te logren solucionar ese tipo de cosas) intentamos por todos lados pero la gente nada que nos podía ayudar.
La esperanza nos volvió cuando mi prima dijo que ella creía que tenía esos datos en la casa, pero se encontraba de viaje, así que teníamos que esperar que llegara para que buscara en sus papeles venezolanos. Hoy llegó y de una vez empezó a buscar eso, pero no los conseguía, duro un largo en eso hasta que los consiguió, luego fue otro sufrimiento rogando que no nos pidieran más datos ni nada que tocara que mi prima fuera al banco, como fue hace mucho tiempo, decían que iban a pedir actualizar datos y ahí quedábamos en las mismas (mi papá todo negativo, yo si tenía esperanzas y fe en Diosito).
Como mi prima se fue y el Banco Venezuela aun se manejaba distinto nos permitió crear usuario, las preguntas de seguridad y todo eso, solamente teniendo la tarjeta de coordenadas, aunque a cada rato nos daba error las preguntas y no entendíamos que estaba pasando.
Finalmente se pudo abrir la cuenta y logramos recuperar el dinero, fue una semana lleno de mucho estrés y preocupación, ya que aunque no es una cifra muy muy grande, tampoco es cualquier dinero, y nos costó mucho reunirlos primordialmente y ya se nos estaba montando la otra mensualidad con el típico aumento que todo tiene aquí en Venezuela.
Pero gracias a Dios de verdad logramos recuperarlo, estos días me sentía muy decaída y preocupada, por más que intentaba no darle más vueltas y resignarme, el trabajo se había puesto pesado, no podíamos limitar toda la ganancia solo a ahorrar ya qué hay gastos todos los días que no sabíamos de donde costear. Cuando solucionamos todo, casi que lloramos ✨

Hope returned to us when my cousin said that she believed she had that information at home, but she was traveling, so we had to wait for her to arrive so that she could look through her Venezuelan papers. Today he arrived and at once he began to look for that, but he couldn't find it, he spent a long time on it until he found it, then it was another suffering, begging that they not ask us for more information or anything that touched my cousin going to the bank, as it was A long time ago, they said that they were going to ask to update the data and there we stayed in the same way (my dad was all negative, I did have hope and faith in Diosito).
Since my cousin left and Banco Venezuela was still managed differently, it allowed us to create a user, the security questions and all that, only having the coordinates card, although the questions gave us an error every time and we did not understand what was happening.
Finally, the account was opened and we managed to recover the money. It was a week full of stress and worry, because although it is not a very large figure, it is not just any money either, and it was very difficult for us to gather it primarily and it was already mounting. the other monthly payment with the typical increase that everything has here in Venezuela.
But thank God we really managed to recover it, these days I felt very down and worried, even though I tried not to think about it anymore and resign myself, the work had become heavy, we could not limit all the profit only to saving and what are there expenses all the days we didn't know where to pay.
