Mi nombre es Mary Elena Tirado pero me pueden llamar Marys, Soy de Venezuela, específicamente del estado Sucre, amante de la Academia, especialista en Educación y Nutrición, Master en Gerencia. Me apasiono por todo lo que hago y siempre me gusta llegar a lo mas altos estándares.
Soy de Venezuela y he llevado mi vida entre la profesión y ser madre de tres jóvenes, sin embargo, hace un tiempo tuve un diagnóstico médico importante el cual me hizo girar mi rostro y ver la forma en que estaba viviendo, logrando objetivos y caminado hacia el éxito, pero ignorando que el regalo mas grande que tenia era mi salud y mi responsabilidad mas grande era cuidarla.
My name is Mary Elena Tirado but you can call me Marys, I am from Venezuela, specifically from Sucre state, lover of the Academy, specialist in Education and Nutrition, Master in Management. I am passionate about everything I do and always like to reach the highest standards.
I am from Venezuela and I have led my life between the profession and being the mother of three young people, however, some time ago I had an important medical diagnosis which made me turn my face and see the way I was living, achieving goals and walking towards success, but ignoring that the greatest gift I had was my health and my greatest responsibility was to take care of it.
A partir de ese momento, comencé a valorar los días, el tiempo y lo que me rodeaba, empecé a conocer de manera mas cercana y amorosa el funcionamiento de mis órganos. Debía tomar acciones para seguir estando fuerte, jovial y saludable. Eché mano de mis cualidades deportivas pero esta vez, ya no competitivas como antes sino como una forma de mantenerme sana, además empecé a educarme de la manera correcta que debía nutrir mi organismo.
From that moment on, I began to value the days, the time and what was around me, I began to get to know the functioning of my organs in a closer and more loving way. I had to take actions to continue being strong, jovial and healthy. I made use of my sports qualities but this time, no longer competitive as before but as a way to stay healthy, I also began to educate myself in the correct way to nourish my body.
De tal manera que mi vida cambió, mis viejos paradigmas de vida acelerada han cambiado y vivo en positivo.
Hoy quiero inspirar a otros a tomar control del cuidado de su salud, muy especialmente a las mujeres en etapa de menopausia, para que cualquiera que sea su estado de salud, puedan cambiar y estar cada vez mejor a través de un plan de jugoterapia, comida saludable, entrenamiento físico y mente positiva.
Estoy lista para darle todo mi apoyo a esta comunidad..
In such a way that my life changed, my old paradigms of accelerated life have changed and I live positively.
Today I want to inspire others to take control of their health care, especially women in the menopause stage, so that whatever their state of health, they can change and be better each time through a plan of juice therapy, food healthy, fitness training and positive mind.
