Cuando iniciamos el primer evento de Hive en Barquisimeto entre creadores de contenido el año pasado, recuerdo la cara de todos. No nos conocíamos, no sabíamos quién era quien y estábamos entre desconocidos. La verdad es que las dudas se disiparon rápidamente cuando conversamos y contamos nuestras experiencias. Esa manera de convergencia, valores, comprensión mutua, hermandad, carisma y elocuencia, llegó a convertirse en emocionalidad: Nos vemos cada uno como una familia que trabaja y aporta a la cadena de bloques según lo que cada uno conoce. Yo soy una persona observadora, y antes de abrirme suelo observar mucho. :P Los chicos saben de eso jajajaja.
Este año todo ha sido fantástico, hemos tenido la oportunidad de compartir en varias ocasiones y se han materializado varias actividades increíbles donde enlazamos nosotros como equipo, conectamos con la gente y sobre todo con esas personas que apuestan por el país en este contexto coyuntural que anteriormente mencioné. Cuando le hablas de innovación a una persona o a un empresario venezolano, ellos sienten felicidad porque saben que ese es el camino de crecimiento equilibrado y sostenible.

When you talk about innovation to a person or a Venezuelan entrepreneur, they feel happiness because they know that this is the path to balanced and sustainable growth.
Lo vimos de manera reiterada en la Expo Tecno Digital y también acá en el Lara Fest. Escribí al inicio de este post el contexto del país, de la semilla y el arbusto, porque esa constancia es la que se traduce en algo palpable. En el evento muchas personas se nos acercaron y, además, vimos algunas marcas que estuvieron en la Expo Tecno Digital, pero en este momento todo era diferente. La razón es que el impacto era más grande. En el evento estaban empresas con sus Stanp de todo tipo, locutores, empresarios y también mucha gente interesada sobre el ecosistema.

Las personas que llegaban al Stanp siempre nos dejaban una sonrisa debido a la explicación sobre el ecosistema. En este tipo de eventos debes estar preparado para todo y debes adaptar el lenguaje. ¿A qué me refiero? No puedes tener el mismo léxico con todo el mundo, habrá personas que debas explicarle todo de una manera sencilla, pero amplia, habrá otras que desearán una explicación profunda y unos qué dirán que no tienen conocimientos, sin embargo, saben de lo que les hablas (estas personas son las más difíciles de abordar, siempre disfruto al descubrirlos). ¿Cómo? Este evento se llevó a cabo en el periodo de dos días (el sábado y domingo de la semana pasada), y la verdad es que para mí fue sorprendente. Me quedó una anécdota extraordinaria, pero sobre todo Hive llegó a un espacio más donde bajo este contexto causó impacto.
De las personas que nos apoyaron foráneamente, me quedo con las mejores impresiones del señor fermionico. Es una persona con una proyección clara y sobre todo con experiencia desde el punto económico. Me gustó conversar con él, me hizo recordar el hecho que comencé a trabajar desde los 16 años y también me cautivó su espíritu. Es algo que notaras si tienes la oportunidad de hablar con él en persona.

This event took place over the period of two days (Saturday and Sunday of last week), and the truth is that for me it was amazing. I was left with an extraordinary anecdote, but above all Hive reached one more space where under this context it made an impact.
Of the people who supported us foráneamente, I keep the best impressions of Mr. fermionico. He is a person with a clear projection and above all with experience from the economic point of view. I enjoyed talking to him, he reminded me of the fact that I started working when I was 16 years old and I was also captivated by his spirit.
