Como Aprendí Japones | How I Learned Japanese

hoy en día el mundo está lleno de países ricos, pero no me refiero a dinero, son muy ricos en cultura y tradición de todo tipo, cada uno de ellos posee características únicas y gastronomía excepcional aunque hay veces que existe un conflicto sobre que país es dueño de que pero igualmente se disfruta, en cuanto a mi desde muy pequeño siempre me ha fascinado una cultura en especifica y como pudieron leer en el titulo se trata de Japón.

Today the world is full of rich countries, but I do not mean money, they are very rich in culture and tradition of all kinds, each one of them has unique characteristics and exceptional cuisine although there is sometimes a conflict about which country owns what but it is still enjoyable, as for me since I was a child I have always been fascinated by a specific culture and as you could read in the title it is Japan.

Por lo general cada vez que digo esto soy criticado y juzgado pero no me gusta la cultura de mi país y para ser sincero la detesto(soy venezolano) desde que tengo memoria siempre me han gustado los países de otros continentes pero hay una que me enamoro,la cultura japonesa , en muchos aspectos son mejor que otros países ( claro según mi perspectiva) como lo seria el respeto y honor como algo fundamental en la educación y cultura, sobre todo el nivel de educación que se implemente desde pequeños porque incluso sus niños en la escuela resuelven problemas matemáticos que yo no conocía hasta la universidad, pero siendo honesto algo que nunca me llamo la atención fue su comida y no se porque

Usually every time I say this I am criticized and judged but I do not like the culture of my country and to be honest I hate it (I am Venezuelan) since I can remember I have always liked the countries of other continents but there is one that I love, Japanese culture, in many aspects they are better than other countries (of course according to my perspective) as it would be the respect and honor as something fundamental in education and culture, especially the level of education that is implemented from small because even their children in school solve math problems that I did not know until college, but to be honest something that never caught my attention was their food and I do not know why

Pero sin duda alguna lo que me gusto mucho y es su principal influencia hacia mi es el anime el cual me impulso a dar un paso hacia el completo entendimiento del mismo y aprender el idioma, cabe destacar que el japones es uno de los idiomas mas difíciles de aprender del mundo e incluso los japoneses pueden llegar a nunca terminar de aprenderlo en su totalidad a pesar de ser su idioma natal pero esto no me detuvo y mucho menos me desmotivo en lo mas mínimo y como obra del destino llego a mi la noticia a través de un familiar acerca de un curso de japones online a través de Whatsapp.

But undoubtedly what I liked a lot and is its main influence on me is the anime which pushed me to take a step towards the full understanding of it and learn the language, it should be noted that Japanese is one of the most difficult languages to learn in the world and even the Japanese may never finish learning it in its entirety despite being their native language but this did not stop me and much less discouraged me in the least and as a work of fate came to me the news through a relative about an online Japanese course through Whatsapp

Y así comenzó mi nuevo reto en la vida, aprender otro idioma, como era de esperarse poseía su propio abecedario y letras sin embargo no era tan complicado como aparenta, ya que se trata de un Silabario( es cuando la pronunciación se basa en silabas y no en letras) llamado Hiragana y Katagana que vendría siendo el equivalente a nuestro abecedario de minúsculas y MAYÚSCULAS respectivamente y el método de aprendizaje es exactamente igual al de mi idioma natal, Español, a través de caligrafía simple y repeticiones diarias

And so began my new challenge in life, learning another language, as expected it had its own alphabet and letters, however it was not as complicated as it seems, since it is a Syllabary (when the pronunciation is based on syllables and not letters) called Hiragana and Katagana which would be the equivalent to our lowercase and uppercase alphabet respectively and the learning method is exactly the same as my native language, Spanish, through simple calligraphy and daily repetitions

El japones es muy curioso porque si lo tradujéramos con exactitud nos daríamos cuenta que hablan al revés y en tercera persona por ejemplo: "La casa es grande" en japones se diría "la casa grande es" y se caracteriza por colocar la acción al final de toda la oración para darle sentido que curiosamente significa "ser o estar " igual que el verbo to be en el ingles pero se ve así " です" y se pronuncia "desu" y si quieres hacer que todo lo que dijiste sea una pregunta solo agregas la silaba "か " que se pronuncia "ka", si nos referimos a un lugar(localización) dentro de la oración colocaremos la Silaba " へ " que se pronuncia "he" antes del lugar en cuestión y por ultimo el universal "は " que se pronuncia "wa" se usa después de un nombre,pronombre,lugar,cosa y casi todo y es básicamente un separador de palabras ya que simplemente esta para darle sentido a la oración ( como en nuestro idioma seria: la, el , de , es, era ,etc) sabiendo esto ya serias capas de poder saber de que se trata una oración con mucha facilidad ya que es la estructura de todo el japones : Neruson "wa" estudiando "he" casa "desu" se traduciría a "neruson esta estudiando en casa". Para practicar eso nuestra tarea era leer mangas infantiles para acostumbrarnos a todo lo que ya habíamos practicado

Japanese is very curious because if we were to translate it accurately we would realize that they speak backwards and in the third person for example: "The house is big" in Japanese we would say "the big house is" and it is characterized by placing the action at the end of the whole sentence to give it meaning which curiously means "to be" just like the verb to be in English but it looks like this "です " and it is pronounced "desu" and if you want to make everything you said a question you just add the syllable "か " which is pronounced "ka". , if we refer to a place (location) within the sentence we will place the syllable " へ " which is pronounced "he" before the place in question and finally the universal " は " which is pronounced "wa" is used after a noun, pronoun, place, thing and almost everything and it is basically a word separator since it is simply there to give sense to the sentence (as in our language it would be: la, el , de , es, es, era ,etc) knowing this you would already be able to know what a sentence is about very easily since it is the structure of all Japanese : Neruson "wa" studying "he" home "desu" would translate to "neruson is studying at home". To practice this, our homework was to read children's manga to get used to everything we had already practiced.

Ya después me toco aprender mas cosas técnicas del idioma como el tiempo, fecha, números y cosas de uso cotidiano , claro que estudiábamos palabras nuevas cada día para poder al fin entender lo que estábamos leyendo y el progreso fue increíble y en poco tiempo se nos mostró un avance de los Kanji los cuales es el verdadero reto del japones ya que se trata de símbolos que significan una o mas palabras, simplifican oraciones y aveces tienen varios significados

Later I had to learn more technical things of the language such as time, date, numbers and things of daily use, of course we were studying new words every day to finally understand what we were reading and the progress was incredible and in a short time we were shown an advance of the Kanji which is the real challenge of Japanese since they are symbols that mean one or more words, simplify sentences and sometimes have several meanings.

por desgracia solo pude completar el aprendizaje básico ya que me quede sin teléfono celular pero el conocimiento perdura y he decidido el día de hoy empezar nuevamente con la practica por mi cuenta a papel y lápiz ya que mi sueño es ir algún día a japón, en cuanto a ustedes no se limiten porque algo se vea difícil o complicado, al final puede ser mas fácil de lo que crees y divertido, en mi caso fue aprender un nuevo idioma, el de ustedes puede ser lo que sea, esto es todo por ahora y como siempre no olviden dejarme su opinión en los comentarios <3

unfortunately I could only complete the basic learning since I ran out of cell phone but the knowledge lasts and I have decided today to start again with the practice on my own with paper and pencil since my dream is to go someday to Japan, as for you do not limit yourself because something looks difficult or complicated, in the end it can be easier than you think and fun, in my case it was learning a new language, yours can be whatever, this is all for now and as always do not forget to leave me your opinion in the comments <3
