Hola, me llamo Javier García Breto nací en el municipio de Los Palacios que pertenece a la provincia de Pinar del Río en Cuba. Tengo 23 años. A la edad de 16 años empecé a estudiar Inglés y ya después con la edad suficiente para poder estudiar en una universidad hice mi carrera universitaria de Licenciatura en Lenguas Extranjeras, carrera en la que hice grandes amigos, anécdotas inolvidables y porsupuesto conseguí mi título como licenciado para ejercer como profesor de inglés en enseñanza media y media superior. Ya llevo un año como profesional del idioma impartiendo clases en la Escuela Secundaria Básica XX Aniversario del Triunfo de la Revolución en los Palacios.
Hello, my name is Javier García Breto, I was born in the municipality of Los Palacios which belongs to the province of Pinar del Río in Cuba. I am 23 years old. At the age of 16 I began to study English and later when I was old enough to be able to study at a university I did my university degree in Foreign Languages, a career in which I made great friends, unforgettable anecdotes and of course I got my degree to work as an English teacher in middle and high school. I have been teaching English for one year now at the XX Aniversario del Triunfo de la Revolucion in Los Palacios.
Creo que ser profesor es una profesión bella, porque nos da la oportunidad de hacer un bien en la sociedad a la hora de educar a nuestros estudiantes, a devolver ilusiones, a enseñarlos a respetar y soñar con un futuro mejor siempre.
I believe that being a teacher is a beautiful profession, because it gives us the opportunity to do good in society when it comes to educating our students, to give back illusions, to teach them to respect and dream of a better future always.
También amo el deporte, nuestro deporte nacional, el Baseball y el Futbol, siendo un gran aficionado y me motiva muchas veces a la práctica de estos, me encanta jugar al fútbol por las tardes con mis amigos, aparte de ser un momento de pura adrenalina es un momento saludable en todos los aspectos.
Desde niño presenté una gran admiración por el arte, pero haciendo énfasis en las Artes Plásticas, la Literatura y la Música. García Márquez a muy temprana edad me hizo amar el mundo de las letras con su gran clásico Cien Años de Soledad, y ya después con una edad más avanzada empecé a tener cierta curiosidad por las obras americanas, yendo desde las exquisitas y extrovertidas obras de Charles Bukowski hasta las más hermosas poesías de Walt Whitman.
I also love sports, our national sport, Baseball and Soccer, being a big fan and it motivates me many times to practice them, I love to play soccer in the afternoons with my friends, besides being a moment of pure adrenaline it is a healthy moment in all aspects.
Since I was a child I had a great admiration for art, but with an emphasis on Plastic Arts, Literature and Music. García Márquez at a very early age made me love the world of literature with his great classic One Hundred Years of Solitude, and later at a more advanced age I began to have a certain curiosity for American works, ranging from the exquisite and extroverted works of Charles Bukowski to the most beautiful poetry of Walt Whitman.
Y no puedo dejar de mencionar la literatura y poesía cubana, nutriéndome de grandes escritores como Eduardo Heras León, Nicolás Guillén, Retamar, Carpentier y otros que han sido referentes en mi desarrollo como compositor... Sí porque me encanta escribir desde canciones hasta poesías.
En cuestión de la música la amo y al parecer ella igual se inclina hacia mí, dándome el gusto de llevarla de extremo a extremo. Ella se ha convertido totalmente en mi vida y así dándole razones y motivos suficientes como para llevar un proyecto ya no tan pequeño, pero aún no tan grande como algún día va a llegar a serlo, hablo de un proyecto (Duo Vida) iniciado por un hermano, no de sangre, pero hermano de batallas incontables, hermano el que me ha dado la oportunidad de ser voz de un gran proyecto en crecimiento, con raíces sólidas y ya cada vez más frecuente se nota un reconocimiento entre la élite.
