Soy venezolana, madre de dos hijos y Lic en Educación, jubilada del ministerio de educación, con un cúmulo de experiencias y conocimientos que empezaré a compartir por aquí, esperando sea de gran utilidad para todos.
Me gusta escribir, viajar, pasear tener contacto con la naturaleza y compartir además me interesa seguir aprendiendo de cosas útiles como la herbolaria, la cosmetología y la ética, también me encanta la repostería y todo lo relacionado a la nutrición y la buena alimentación aunque no me considero experta pero me gustaría aprender más, igualmente me interesa el mundo del buen funcionamiento del metabolismo y los ejercicios como medio para alcanzar una vida saludable.
Tengo recuerdos imborrables de muchos paseos y viajes que he hecho que me gustaría compartir con ustedes y muchas reflexiones de vida que me han enseñado a ser mejor persona que igual voy a compartir por aquí.
