Luego de una pequeña ausencia en la plataforma por diversos problemas, vengo hoy con un nuevo post que me encanta sobre la aplicación de una Cirugía Capilar, y digo que amo porque me encanta mi cabello y cuidarlo es una de las cosas que hago a diario para poder mantenerlo saludable.

No es un secreto que he expuesto mi cabello a múltiples decoloraciones para mantenerlo rubio, por lo tanto ha necesitado mucho más cuidado de lo normal. Hace poco venía notando que mi cabello estaba un poco reseco y muy difícil de manejar, especialmente en el momento de lavarlo, una vez que lo mojaba se enredaba demasiado y era realmente un desafío poder desenredarlo. Como una solución a este problema decidí comparar y aplicar una Cirugía Capilar llamada NK, la cual a mi parecer es muy buena y realmente funciona y ayuda a restaurar el cabello.

Recently I had been noticing that my hair was a bit dry and very difficult to manage, especially at the time of washing it, once it got wet it got too tangled and it was really a challenge to untangle it. As a solution to this problem, I decided to compare and apply a Hair Surgery called NK, which in my opinion is very good and really works and helps restore hair.

Principalmente lo que se debe hacer es lavar muy bien el cabello con el paso número uno del tratamiento, el cual es un champú anti residuos.
Mainly what should be done is to wash the hair very well with step number one of the treatment, which is an anti-residue shampoo.
Luego de peinar tu cabello, se procede a secar el cabello con una temperatura moderada, en un 80%.
After combing your hair, proceed to dry the hair with a moderate temperature, at 80%.
Seguidamente divide tu cabello en dos partes y aplica el tratamiento con una brocha, mechón por mechón, mientras peinas para esparcir muy bien el mismo. Es importante que no comiences a aplicar desde el cuero cabelludo sino dos o tres dedos abajo. Esto es para evitar daños, como alergias, enrojecimiento, picazón y más.
Next, divide your hair into two parts and apply the treatment with a brush, strand by strand, while combing to spread it very well. It is important that you do not start applying from the scalp but two or three fingers below. This is to prevent damage such as allergies, redness, itchiness, and more.
Una vez de haber terminado de aplicar el tratamiento, se debe secar el cabello nuevamente pero está vez a un 100%.
Once you have finished applying the treatment, the hair should be dried again, but this time at 100%.
Finalmente, debes dividir el cabello y proceder a plancharlo, mechón por mechón, sin pasar más de 4 veces la plancha.
Finally, you must divide the hair and proceed to iron it, strand by strand, without passing the iron more than 4 times.
Luego de unas horas, puedes retirar el tratamiento lavando tu cabello con champú sin sal, y ver los resultados. O también puedes esperar para hacerlo otro día.
After a few hours, you can remove the treatment by washing your hair with a salt-free shampoo, and see the results. Or you can also wait to do it another day.
Este fue mi resultado del antes y el después de mi cabello. Realmente obtuve buenos resultados, recuperé significativamente mi cabello del daño ocasionado por la decoloración al cual lo expuse hace pocos meses, además ya no sufro para poder desenredarlo porque esta bastante manejable, este era mi principal problema. Como extra, eliminé el frizz, baje el gran volumen de cabello y las ondas porque consigo un secado naturalmente más liso. También debo agregar que luce realmente hidratado y brillante.
This was my before and after result of my hair. I really got good results, I significantly recovered my hair from the damage caused by the discoloration to which I exposed it a few months ago, and I no longer suffer from untangling it because it is quite manageable, this was my main problem. As a bonus, I eliminated the frizz, lowered the high volume of hair and waves because I get a naturally smoother blow-dry. I must also add that it looks really hydrated and shiny.
