I have always liked to teach people what little I know. I think that teaching others about your skills or knowledge makes you a better person, it makes you feel happy because you get to give a part of yourself to others.
I have knowledge and skills for art, specifically drawing and sculpture.
Since I started sharing my sculptures and figurines here on hive I have been sharing some specific tutorials, or sections on my blog, that I call "Learn With Gabo".
Siempre me ha gustado enseñar a las personas lo poco que sé. Pienso que enseñar a otros sobre tus habilidades o conocimientos hace que seas mejor como persona, te hace sentir feliz porque logras dar una parte de ti a otros.
Yo tengo conocimientos y habilidades para el arte, específicamente el dibujo y la escultura.
Desde que comencé a compartir mis esculturas y figuritas aquí en hive he estado compartiendo algunos tutoriales específicos, o secciones en mi blog, que llamo "Learn With Gabo" (o aprende con Gabo, en español).
In these sections I explain in detail how to make certain figures, from the most complicated to the simplest.
Since I wanted to close this section and make a new Learn With Gabo section, with new figures and tutorials, I wanted to compile the first ones I made in this collection and keep them for posterity.
Join me for a brief tour through all these tutorials that, so far, I have shared with you.
En estas secciones les explico de manera detallada cómo hacer ciertas figuras, de la más complicada a la más sencilla.
En vista de que quería cerrar esta sección y hacer otra nueva de Aprende con Gabo, con nuevas figuras y tutoriales, quería compilar las primeras que hice en esta colección y mantenerlas guardadas para la posteridad.
Acompáñenme por un breve recorrido a través de todos estos tutoriales que, hasta ahora, he compartido con ustedes.
Learn With Gabo #1: Little Eggplant

This was the first learn with Gabo I made. I created it at a basic level, very simple.
The idea was that anyone who didn't know how to make things in plasticine could come to this tutorial and learn how to make something as simple as an eggplant with eyes and a mouth.
It's a very basic tutorial, but you should always learn to crawl before you walk.
Este fue el primer aprende con Gabo que hice. Lo creé en nivel básico, muy simple.
La idea era que todo aquel que no supiera cómo hacer cosas en plastilina llegara a este tutorial y aprendiera a hacer algo tan sencillo como una berenjena con ojos y boca.
Es un tutorial muy básico, pero siempre se debe aprender a gatear antes de caminar.
Learn With Gabo #2: Cute Teddy Bears

The second tutorial I made in this section could be a little more complicated, although maintaining a certain simplicity in its forms.
With the intention of increasing the difficulty of the previous tutorial, I showed you how to make this pair of teddy bears, but out of plasticine.
They both look cute and cuddly; besides, the tutorial is useful because they learn how to make a garment, in this specific case a hat and a bow.
El segundo tutorial que hice de esta sección sí podía ser un poco más complicado, aunque manteniendo cierta simplicidad en sus formas.
Con la intención de aumentar la dificultad del tutorial anterior, les mostré cómo hacer ese par de ositos de peluche, pero de plastilina.
Los dos se ven tiernos y adorables; además, es útil el tutorial porque aprenden a hacer una prenda, en este caso específico un gorrito y un lazo.
Learn With Gabo #3: Kirby

In the previous tutorial I just gave you a few hints on how to make clothes; however, in this tutorial I showed you not only how to make the figure of the hungry character called Kirby, but also how to make the clothes that he wears when he eats some of his enemies.
I really enjoyed this tutorial and I'm sure you did too.
En el tutorial anterior apenas di unas pinceladas a lo que es hacer prendas; sin embargo, en este tutorial les enseñé no solo a hacer a la propia figurita del hambriendo personaje llamado Kirby, sino a hacer las vestimentas que suele usar cuando come a alguno de sus enemigos.
Yo disfruté mucho este tutorial y estoy seguro de que ustedes también lo disfrutaron.
Learn With Gabo #4: Bomberman

For this tutorial I wanted to do something I hadn't done before, the use of wire skeletons for the figure.
The previous figures were just small pieces with some wooden sticks to hold them; however, to make this bomberman I had to use a thick wire skeleton which I showed you how to make.
Para este tutorial quise hacer algo que no había hecho hasta entonces, el uso de esqueletos de alambre para la figura.
Las figuras anteriores eran solamente piezas pequeñas con algunos palillos de madera para sostenerlas; sin embargo, para hacer a este bomberman tuve que usar un grueso esqueleto de alambre el cual les enseñé a hacer.
Learn With Gabo #5: Adorable Black Cat

As you can see, each tutorial has a use, basic shapes, more complex shapes, wireframe skeletons and now textures.
For this tutorial I first wanted to show you how to make fur-like textures, at least one of the styles that can be done.
On the other hand, I address the topic of painting on plasticine, a way to embellish your figures in case you don't have the right colors of plasticine.
Como ven, cada tutorial tiene una utilidad, formas básicas, formas más complejas, esqueletos de alambre y ahora texturas.
Para este tutorial primero quise enseñarles a hacer texturas similares al del pelaje, al menos uno de los estilos con los que se puede hacer.
Por otra parte, abordo el tema del pintado sobre la plastilina, una manera de embellecer sus figuras en caso de que no cuenten con los colores adecuados de las plastilinas.
Learn With Gabo #6: Baby Groot
It was at this point, starting with tutorial number 6, that I started making videos for this section.
The videos are very instructive and you can better appreciate with the movement the techniques used and the correct way in which certain shapes are made, as well as the techniques used to create certain effects.
In this video, I showed you how to make that trunk-like texture, which in this case is Baby Groot's skin.
Fue en este punto, a partir del tutorial número 6, en el que comencé a hacer videos para esta sección.
Los videos son muy instructivos y se puede apreciar mejor con el movimiento las técnicas utilizadas y la manera correcta en que se hacen ciertas formas, además de las técnicas que se utilizan para crear ciertos efectos.
En este video, les enseñé a hacer esa textura similar a la de un tronco, que en este caso es la piel del Baby Groot.
Learn With Gabo #7: Yoshi
Here I continued with the videos, but this was the last of the basic tutorials I did for this section, in the sense that after here there were no more tutorials.
In this number seven I showed you how to make Yoshi, a charismatic character from the Mario Bros. games. It looked very similar to the Yoshi from the game, so I was satisfied with this tutorial.
Aquí continué con los videos, pero esta fue la última de los tutoriales básicos que hice para esta sección, en el sentido de que después de aquí no hubo más enumeraciones en tutoriales.
En este número siete les enseñé a hacer a Yoshi, un carismático personaje de los juegos de Mario Bros. Me quedó muy parecido al Yoshi del juego, así que quedé satisfecho con este tutorial.
Learn With Gabo: Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle
After what was said above I wanted to make a group of 3 tutorials to teach you how to make the three most known initial pokemon, but in Chibi version.
First I started with a Chibi Bulbasaur, which marked the style with which I would make these cute characters. Then Charmander with its striking color and finally Squirtle, which I remember because a user related it to a certain meme that is always going around the internet.
Después de lo dicho anteriormente quise hacer un grupo de 3 tutoriales para enseñarles a hacer a los tres pokemon iniciales más conocidos, pero en versión Chibi.
Primero comencé con un Chibi Bulbasaur, que marcó el estilo con el que haría a estos simpáticos personajes. Luego Charmander con su color tan llamativo y finalmente Squirtle, al cual recuerdo porque un usuario lo relacionó con cierto meme que siempre anda por internet.
They were a group of 3 well detailed tutorials where the knowledge that can be obtained in the previous tutorials is applied...
And this is the end of the Learn With Gabo section that I had since last year. This year I have only made one but I plan to make a few more tutorials to resume this section and continue teaching you how to make plasticine figurines.
Fueron un grupo de 3 tutoriales bien detallados donde se aplica los conocimientos que se pueden obtener en los tutoriales anteriores...
Y hasta aquí llegó la sección de Learn With Gabo que tenía desde el año pasado. Este año solo he hecho uno pero planeo hacer unos cuántos tutoriales para retomar esta sección y continuar enseñándoles a hacer figuritas de plastilina.
