En muchas ocasiones vemos ciertas actitudes o momentos que son negativos, pero debemos entender las situaciones o en que connotación se deben tomar las cosas, a veces no es malo el que te hace una crítica, y obviamente no es bueno el que te alaba todo. Cuando nos aceptan, nos avalan o aplauden todo lo que hacemos, no vemos en que fallamos y creemos ver qué todo está bien, esto nos genera una mala percepción de nosotros mismos ya que nos vemos perfectos, todo lo hacemos bien.

On many occasions we see certain attitudes or moments that are negative, but we must understand the situations or in what connotation things should be taken, sometimes it is not bad the one who criticizes you, and obviously it is not good the one who praises everything. Entonces en vez de mantenernos quejándonos hagamos todo lo posible por cambiar la situación, en vez de quejarnos porque no nos votan, es mejor seguir adelante y buscar la calidad. ¡Cesar, pero mis post son de alta calidad y no me votan y siento que pierdo mi tiempo!: Pues sigue publicando, escribe en los post de otros, promueve lo que haces, admira genuinamente el trabajo de los otros, ayuda a los demás, sé empático, sin importar los demás, aplica por tu trabajo.
