Hola Hive y Catarsis, espero que hayan tenido un maravilloso día, ya se nos vino el mundial de fútbol pero no es de eso de lo que voy a hablarte hoy…hoy quiero desahogarme pues he tenido unos días difíciles pero lo mejor es que empiece hablando por el principio.
El día viernes me fue bien en mi pequeño negocio de venta de empanadas y de hecho las vendimos todas mi pareja y yo, lo cual es muy positivo, lo negativo es que nos quedamos sin mercancía (sin ingredientes) así que era necesario salir a comprar todo lo necesario para hacer de nuevo empanadas porque queríamos vender también el día sábado.
La cuestión es que tuve que ir en una misión especial al mercado para comprar ingredientes muy necesarios para el negocio pero por cuestiones de la hora se me hizo difícil conseguir algunas cosas y lo más loco del día es que terminé comprando carne de cerdo para hacer las empanadas en Venezuela llamamos cochino al cerdo y la verdad es que aquí en el oriente del país no son muy comunes las empanadas de cochino porque es que en realidad yo jamás había comido empanadas de cochino pero bueno continuando con la historia.
Regrese a la casa donde hacemos las empanadas que es la casa de mis suegros y mi mujer y su madre se molestaron muchísimo alegando que fue un locura comprar cochino porque nadie iba a comprar las empanadas así pero lo que ellas no sabían es que al momento de comprar los ingredientes para las empanadas lo que me impulsó realmente fue una epifanía; ya que pasó por mi mente que el hecho de que no fueran comunes ese tipo de empanadas era precisamente lo que nos iba a hacer venderlas rápido ya que eran especiales por no ser comunes y por lo tanto solo tendríamos que asegurarnos de que el guiso del cochino quedará excelente y el negocio iría bien así que convencí a mi suegra de ponernos manos a la obra y entonces nos pusimos a arreglar el cochino y los vegetales necesarios para hacer el guiso y cuando llegó el momento indicado los resultados fueron muy satisfactorios.
El guiso quedó riquísimo y mi suegra y mi pareja empezaron a ver que yo no estaba tan mal como ellas pensaban y es así como llegó la hora de la verdad y empezó la venta, el día empezó lento y yo trate de hacerles publicidad a las empanadas de la mejor manera posible ya que ese día solo había un tipo de empanadas, empanadas de cochino.

Al inicio las personas solo preguntaban y se sorprendían con la respuesta pues tampoco habían comido nunca una empanadas así pero al principio eso nos jugó un poco en contra porque solo preguntaban, más no compraban…hasta que alguien se atrevió y compró la primera y su reacción fue de asombro inmediato y no hizo más que halagar nuestra comida y repitió, de esta manera fue que empezó el gran día para nosotros, las ventas se multiplicaron y logramos hacernos más conocimientos, los clientes se fueron felices y logré demostrar que tenia la razón.

Friday went well in my small business selling empanadas and in fact my partner and I sold them all, which is very positive, the negative thing is that we ran out of merchandise (no ingredients) so it was necessary to go out and buy everything we needed to make empanadas again because we wanted to sell also on Saturday.
The thing is that I had to go on a special mission to the market to buy very necessary ingredients for the business but because of the time it was difficult to get some things and the craziest thing of the day is that I ended up buying pork to make the empanadas in Venezuela we call pork cochino and the truth is that here in the east of the country are not very common pork empanadas because in reality I had never eaten pork empanadas but well continuing with the story.

I went back to the house where we make the empanadas which is my in-laws' house and my wife and her mother were very upset claiming that it was crazy to buy pork because nobody was going to buy empanadas like that but what they did not know is that at the time of buying the ingredients for the empanadas what really drove me was an epiphany; It crossed my mind that the fact that this type of empanadas were not common was precisely what was going to make us sell them fast because they were special for not being common and therefore we would only have to make sure that the stew of the pork would be excellent and the business would go well so I convinced my mother-in-law to get down to work and then we started to arrange the pork and the vegetables needed to make the stew and when the time came the results were very satisfactory.
The stew was delicious and my mother-in-law and my partner began to see that I was not as bad as they thought and that's how the moment of truth came and the sale began, the day started slowly and I tried to advertise the empanadas in the best way possible because that day there was only one type of empanadas, pork empanadas.
At the beginning people only asked and were surprised with the answer because they had never eaten an empanada like this but at first that played against us a little because they only asked, but did not buy ... until someone dared and bought the first and his reaction was immediately amazed and did nothing but flatter our food and repeated, this is how the great day began for us, sales multiplied and we managed to make us more knowledge, customers were happy and I managed to prove that I was right.
