En mis pasos por 3 niveles educativos completamente diferentes (primaria, secundaria y universidad) siempre hubo un mismo rumbo, estudiar para poder seguir, el que no estudiara ni comprendiera, aplazaba y no podía seguir avanzando.
Pues esto se acabo en Venezuela, transformaron todas las estrategias educativas, dejándolas en una muy deplorable situación, el estudiante que no sepa leer, sigue avanzando porque según las nuevas políticas educativas si se aplaza puede sufrir un daño psicológico, teoría total y absolutamente fuera de contexto.
Actualmente en el país los docentes estamos en protestas llamadas "BRAZOS CAIDOS", nuestro sueldo es de 10$ quincenal, un total de 20$ mensual, por supuesto el gobierno actual no está de acuerdo con estás protestas, pero no podemos parar, no podemos pensar en los derechos de los niños y excluir los derechos de nuestros hijos.
El gobierno tiene a cada uno de los entes educativos bajo un amedrentamiento a diario, a mi escuela va la supervisora todos los días, con la excusa de levantar actas por cualquier cosa,esto ha dado pie para mandar a personas que no tienen que ver en nada con la profesion educativa a dar clases, incluso ya en algunos estados ha llegado los padres a las escuelas para sacar a esas personas, no están de acuerdo con que ellos sean los que le den clases a sus hijos.
La indignación del gremio docente es inmensa, no solo protestamos por un salario digno, que bien sabe que con 20$ no hacemos nada ni se mantiene nadie, también se protesta por una mejor educación, por escuelas que funcionen y no que se les caiga el techo, se protesta porque los docentes necesitamos implementar estrategias para el aprendizaje de nuestros estudiantes y esto no se lleva a cabo porque estamos trabajando prácticamente con las uñas.
Tampoco gozamos de una póliza de seguro, no podemos asistir a ninguna clínica porque el gremio docente no es aceptado, tenemos que ir a los hospitales que son un caos y de paso hacer magia para comprar las medicinas, ni hablar de un seguro funerario, cuando se nos muere un familiar debemos sacar de dónde no tenemos o vender alguna pertenencia porque la sepultura acá en Venezuela sale en 700$ aproximadamente.
Han Sido muchos los que nos han criticado, diciéndonos que somos flojos, que no queremos trabajar, que regresemos a las aulas a dar clases, pero no se ven más allá de una protesta, los hijos de los demás si pueden gozar de los derechos, pero nuestros hijos no tienen derecho a una buena comida, a una buena vestimenta o a una buena recreación, esa parte no la ven.
Por otra parte hay muchas personas que nos han apoyado, entre ellos los representantes, cabe resaltar que hay varios de ellos están pasando por lo mismo ya que son profesores también, están conciente que no se puede vivir con esa sueldo tan bajo.
Mi indignación es grande...

Currently in the country we teachers are in protests called "ARMS DOWN", our salary is 10$ biweekly, a total of 20$ monthly, of course the current government does not agree with these protests, but we can not stop, we can not think about the rights of children and exclude the rights of our children.
The government has each one of the educational entities under daily intimidation, the supervisor goes to my school every day, with the excuse of taking minutes for anything, this has given rise to send people who have nothing to do with the educational profession to teach, even in some states parents have already come to the schools to remove these people, they do not agree that they are the ones who give classes to their children.
The indignation of the teachers' union is immense, we are not only protesting for a decent salary, who knows well that with $20 we do nothing and no one is supported, we are also protesting for a better education, for schools that work and not that the roof falls down, we are protesting because we teachers need to implement strategies for the learning of our students and this is not carried out because we are working practically with our fingernails.
We also do not have an insurance policy, we cannot go to any clinic because the teachers' union is not accepted, we have to go to hospitals that are in chaos and we have to do magic to buy medicines, not to mention a funeral insurance, when a family member dies we have to take from where we do not have or sell some belongings because the burial here in Venezuela costs about $ 700.
There have been many who have criticized us, telling us that we are lazy, that we do not want to work, that we should return to the classrooms to teach, but they do not see beyond a protest, the children of others can enjoy their rights, but our children do not have the right to good food, good clothing or good recreation, they do not see that part.
On the other hand, there are many people who have supported us, among them the representatives, it is worth mentioning that several of them are going through the same thing since they are teachers as well, they are aware that it is not possible to live with such a low salary.
