Sin embargo, a partir de determinada edad es realmente titánico esta búsqueda, lo que me ha ocasionado un nivel de estrés elevado en los últimos meses.

Mi experiencia relacionada con la búsqueda de empleo una vez que migré de mi país, me ha provocado una serie de sentimientos contradictorios y frustrantes, mucho mas allá de lo que pude considerar previamente.
Cuando la realidad te golpea la cara en relación a la posición o criterios que pueden tomar un grupo de personas en relación a tu capacidad para desempeñar una labor profesional, por la edad que tienes, es un choque difícil de explicar.
Asi mismo, no les traigo un tema que sea ajeno, sin embargo, una cosa es leer sobre él y otra es vivirlo y superarlo.
Es por ello que decidí compartir con ustedes las consecuencias que puede ocasionar esta situación, los sentimientos que causan y como nos afectan psicológica y anímicamente, afectándonos mayormente de tal forma que puede obstaculizar nuestro avance en el logro de nuestras metas y objetivos inclusive provocar ataques de ansiedad, frustración y tristeza.
Todos estos sentimientos fueron parte de los que de una forma u otra intentaron sabotear mis pensamientos y bloquearme, lográndolo en ciertos momentos.

Recuerdo claramente como me afectó el hecho de que cuando leía los anuncios de solicitud de un cargo y entre los requisitos establecían un rango de edad especifico, siendo el máximo predominante hasta 35 años.
Fue entonces cuando de inmediato me formulé la interrogante:
O peor aún, después de cierta edad no somos útiles a las empresas, somos considerados cargas que no le proporcionan nada a la sociedad en general.
Estas afirmaciones, las considero lo mas injusto hacia cualquier ser humano de determinada edad, que pueda ser considerado fuera del rango de elegible para un cargo; esto es lo mas alejado de la realidad, si se encuentre activo y capaz de asumir un cargo, e inclusive aportar esa experiencia en pro de la organización para alcanzar las metas y objetivos que se propongan.
Lamentablemente esta es una realidad que vivimos actualmente en cualquier lugar del mundo, nos ha tocado vivir a los venezolanos que nos fuimos de nuestro país en búsqueda de una mejor vida y que dejamos muchos años de trabajo y dedicación en nuestros pueblos.
Fue entonces cuando de inmediato me formulé la interrogante:
¿ Después de 35 años me tengo que jubilar sino tengo el capital para emprender un negocio?
O peor aún, después de cierta edad no somos útiles a las empresas, somos considerados cargas que no le proporcionan nada a la sociedad en general.
Estas afirmaciones, las considero lo mas injusto hacia cualquier ser humano de determinada edad, que pueda ser considerado fuera del rango de elegible para un cargo; esto es lo mas alejado de la realidad, si se encuentre activo y capaz de asumir un cargo, e inclusive aportar esa experiencia en pro de la organización para alcanzar las metas y objetivos que se propongan.
Lamentablemente esta es una realidad que vivimos actualmente en cualquier lugar del mundo, nos ha tocado vivir a los venezolanos que nos fuimos de nuestro país en búsqueda de una mejor vida y que dejamos muchos años de trabajo y dedicación en nuestros pueblos.
