¡Hola Hivers del Mundo! Tengo rato que no paso a escribir por aquí. En primer lugar porque me ha gustado más dedicarme hacer publicaciones en formato de video, siento yo que puedo conectar más con ustedes, que me pueden ver, ver mis expresiones (son muchas jaja) y en segundo lugar, porque llego a mi casa tarde del trabajo y no me provoca sentarme a crear, así que he luchado por mantenerme constante en el blog, a pesar de que no publico todos los días.

Cuando somos niños creo que no todos entendemos la responsabilidad de lo que significa ser adultos. Luego crecemos y vamos adquiriendo tareas que no hacíamos antes y a partir de esto la organización comienza a jugar un rol importante en nuestras vidas y más si queremos realizar todas las tareas pendientes y ser responsables con nuestros compromisos, pero al fin de cuentas cada persona maneja su tiempo a su antojo.
El problema de todo esto, es cuando no valoramos y medimos el tiempo que le asignamos a cada una de nuestras actividades. Les confieso, que yo no soy muy buena memorizando, tanto que he descargado aplicaciones para gestionar mis actividades y proyectos y se me olvida revisarlas, o cargar la información en ellas. A veces pienso que es porque aún no sé cómo se usan completamente porque no le he dedicado el tiempo o quizás por el afán de querer hacer muchas cosas en tan poco tiempo, que no termino haciendo nada.

Sometimes I think it's because I still don't know how to use them completely because I haven't dedicated the time or maybe because I want to do so many things in so little time that I don't end up doing anything.
La productividad y la ansiedad, pienso yo que son unas de las palabras más relevantes de estos últimos años. Y ambas aunque son diferentes, están relacionadas.
Los trabajos en Latinoamérica en la actualidad les exigen a sus empleados ser mucho más productivos, cumplir con sus objetivos con inmediatez. Quizás por una ineficiente gestión de la planificación o quizás por un tema cultural. Desencadenando en los mismos estrés, ambientes laborales pesados y por supuesto ansiedad en algunas personas.
Yo pienso que la explotación moderna es dedicarle todo tu tiempo a un trabajo y no disfrutar de tu preciado tiempo. Y no me refiero a que está mal trabajar, me refiero a que está mal ser explotados. Tiene que existir un equilibrio entre el tiempo libre y el trabajo. Así como el estudio de Inglaterra que verifico que si funcionaba la semana laboral de 4 días.

Sabiendo todo esto, y que nuestro tiempo no regresa, nuestra única opción es crecer. Buscar alternativas para lograr nuestras metas con menos recursos, aprovechar las oportunidades que encontremos en el camino y disfrutar el tiempo de la mejor manera.
Por último, es importante que hagas lo que te da felicidad no lo que otros quieren que hagas, has todo aquello que sea de crecimiento para ti.
Knowing all this, and that our time does not return, our only option is to grow. Look for alternatives to achieve our goals with fewer resources, take advantage of the opportunities we find along the way and enjoy the time in the best way.
Finally, it is important that you do what gives you happiness not what others want you to do, do everything that is of growth for you.
