Hacer una entrega de un post en la comunidad Catarsis, no tiene que ser precisamente para lamentarnos y llorar, a veces también para contar cosas que al final sirven de Catarsis cuando le damos la vuelta a lo sucedido. Como se dice, buscar lo positivo dentro de los que consideramos dañino.
Hoy en día hacer una torta es una tarea que hay que dedicarse para seguir el procedimiento cuando no somos diestros para este tipo de actividades (en otros momentos del país, teníamos quien la hiciera y solo comprábamos la torta lista y decorada). Hablando en términos económicos..
Se acercaba el cumpleaños de la hija de una amiga, me dice si la puedo ayudar a hacer una torta, pero para hacerla en mi casa, le respondo que sí, porque así hacemos catarsis en vista que la situación que vivimos casi ni hacemos conversaciones cara a cara, solo por teléfono, videollamadas, etc.
La mezcla a preparar era una torta de piña, nos lanzamos a ver tutoriales por Youtube de cómo realizarla. Allí, en la cocina de mi casa con todos los ingredientes iniciamos el proceso. Los ingredientes eran: 1 K de harina, 1 K de azúcar, 8 huevos, 500gramos de mantequilla y otros, porque era una toooorrtaaaa, la que se quería realizar.
Le dije a mi amiga, vamos a dividirlas en dos bandejas, así lo hicimos. El caramelo, quedó bien. La cocción en el horno, biennn…pero llegó el momento de desmoldarla…y ….nuestros ánimos vinieron abajo…nos veíamos las caras, algo así como decepcionadas, el caramelo no cumplió su función, todo se pegó.

Al final,
lo que hicimos después que pasamos a la reconstrucción,
fue reir, reir, reír,
lo bueno de todo que el sabor quedo exquisito
y así cantamos el cumpleaños feliz.
