El día 17/08/2021, me tocó la segunda dosis de la vacuna contra el Covid-19 Sinopharm, llegue muy temprano a las 7 am a la Casa Cultural de Guarenas frente a la Plaza Bolívar. Mi idea era vacunarme y salir lo más temprano posible del lugar. Esto fue inútil, ya que había una sola cola para todas las personas ya sea tercera edad, discapacitados, segunda dosis o primera dosis.
En la puerta de la Casa de la Cultura no había quien informara, todo era gritos, quejas y reclamos, lo que más me afecto fue ver a gente discapacitada y de la tercera edad en este trance.
De inmediato fui a formarme en la fila con el desconcierto de no saber donde terminaba, conté aproximadamente 654 personas en una cola en la que nadie sabia decirme cual era su final.
Aproximadamente, a las 8:30 am comenzaron los rumores: no hay vacuna para la tercera edad, la segunda dosis se corre para el sábado 21 de agosto, sólo repartieron 300 números váyanse a la casa, no ha llegado el camión de las vacunas, y un sinfín de cosas.
Estos rumores hicieron que muchas personas se fueran del lugar y comenzara a avanzar la cola. Sale la encargada de la vacunación y se conmueve de las personas discapacitadas y les dice que los va a separar para que todos hicieran su cola col las personas de la tercera edad, pero eso si deben de tener su carnet de discapacitados. Caso omiso, casi ninguno de los discapacitados presento su carnet.
Pasaban en intervalos de 10 persona, a veces de 12 personas, a veces de 15 personas, muchos salían de allí a los 15 minutos, otros a los 20 minutos, y así sucesivamente.
Como a las 11:30 sale de nuevo la persona encargada y esta asegura que conto a 400 personas e indico que : ya no habían más vacunas, y que sólo estaban utilizando las vacunas chinas, allí muchas personas deciden irse a sus casa porque iban por la segunda dosis de la vacuna rusa.
Yo no me fui de mi cola, y como por arte de magia aparece una enfermera persona marcando sólo a 80 personas más.
Yo creo que me toco el numero 74 porque detrás mi sólo habían 6 personas!.
La cola avanza muy lentamente y estaban pasando grupos de 20 personas sin distinción de edad o discapacidad o tipo de dosis ya era la 1:30 pm, me toco entrar a las 4:35 pm justo con el último grupo a vacunar.
Ya adentro todo tiene una explicación, dieron la misma charla tanto para las personas que van por primera vez como por las que acuden a inyectarse la segunda dosis: después de vacunarnos, no debemos tocarnos ni masajear la zona vacunada, si recientemente tuvimos Covid-19 no es seguro vacunarse ya que no harían efectos los anticuerpos inyectados, prohibido inyectarse hasta pasados dos meses en el caso de obtener la primera dosis cualquier vacuna antigripal, si nos inyectan la segunda dosis es recomendable colocarse la antigripal un mes después ya que esta nos ayuda a evitar enfermedades respiratorias, hay que evitar las bebidas alcohólicas hasta 72 horas después de inyectarse. En caso de molestia no tomar Ibuprofeno, pero si Paracetamol o Acetaminofén. Informan que algunos efectos secundarios después de recibir la vacuna pueden ser: dolor en el brazo, fiebre leve, dolores de cabeza, dolores musculares, escalofríos, diarrea e incluso más hambre de la habitual.
Esta charla ya fue dada la primera cuando me vacunaron la primera dosis el 27 de julio de 2021.
Separaron a las personas que venían para la segunda dosis de la vacuna de las personas que venían por la primera vez, y una enfermera salió pidiendo disculpas por la tardanza comentándonos que era la única persona que ha vacunado a todas las personas en el día y nos pidió que tuviésemos confianza en ella que nos estaban inyectando la dosis correspondiente de la vacuna Sinopharm.
Centros de vacunación abarrotados de personasas hipertensas, con bastones,sillas de rueda, y otras discapacidades, desesperación, una mala logística, falta de apoyo al personal que vacunación es lo que percibí en esta oportunidad.
Les recomiendo por si a caso, que lleven hidratación, un libro o revista, comida ligera, de ser posible una sombrilla para el sol o en su defecto una gorra, intenten utilizar bloqueador solar y sobre todo tengan mucha paciencia.
