Hola amigos de Hive, bienvenidos a mi Blog, hoy les relato una catarsis, de las que hace un tiempo no hago, pues resulta que estoy pasando por una gran limitación en cuanto al servicio del internet residencial, lo que me ha generado muchas angustia y estrés durante estos últimos meses.
Verán, desde que me mudé a mi apartamento hace unos 8 años o más no he tenido internet residencial, fue un cambio repentino, porque en la casa donde vivía anteriormente si tenía, entonces buscaba internet cada vez que visitaba a otros familiares o terminaba siempre en un cyber para resolver, pero como no trabajaba con internet no era mal de morir.
Cuando inicié en Hive para poder publicar usaba el internet y la computadora de mi oficina, pues ni teléfono inteligente tenía, pero los fines de semana se me dificultaba bastante porque no tenía como publicar y los cyber me quedaban lejos, entonces hablé con una vecina de otro edificio que tenía internet de cantv y yo pagaba su mensualidad y ella me daba la clave del wifi, compré un extensor y así podía llegarme el internet a mi apartamento y resolvía.

Al tiempo mi vecina se fue a vivir para la ciudad de caracas con unos familiares y para no perder el internet ni la línea cantv me dejó encargada de su apartamento para así poder tener control del modem. Luego trajo a vivir a un hermano a su apartamento y allí la cosa se complicó, porque ese señor repartía la clave a todo el que él quería y a nosotros no nos llegaba bien.
Compré un modem router de mayor capacidad del que la dueña del apartamento tenía y nos iba mejor con el servicio, pero seguíamos pagando por más personas a quien su hermano le escaneaba la clave, todas sus visitas disfrutaban del servicio de internet a costa nuestra y eso realmente me incomodaba porque no nos aportaba nada.
El hombre no trabajaba ni hacía nada sino que pasaba todo el día jugando y descargando películas, todo el día desde que se levantaba hasta que se acostaba era pegado del internet, luego comenzaron los problemas porque cuando a él no le llegaba el internet bien, agarraba el modem y lo apagaba y salía, después nos decía que se le había olvidado prenderlo y cosas así, donde pasábamos todo el día sin internet.

The man did not work or do anything but spent all day playing games and downloading movies, all day from the time he got up until he went to bed he was glued to the internet, then the problems began because when he did not get the internet well, he grabbed the modem and turned it off and left, then he told us that he had forgotten to turn it on and things like that, where we spent all day without internet.

En todo momento la factura era de 10 $ mensuales aproximadamente, la dueña nos hizo saber que la línea cantv no se usaba porque el teléfono estaba dañado y de allí no se llamaba, pero al mes veíamos el incremento excesivo al momento de pagar, la dueña no sabía, ella decía que eso era culpa de cantv, el hermano se hacía el sorprendido y con ella en caracas, nosotros no teníamos como saber que estábamos pagando porque ella decía no poder ir a cantv.
Y así tuvimos un largo tiempo, aguantando por necesidad y porque más nadie nos ofrecía servicio de internet, ni siquiera por antena, mucho menos por fibra óptica, pues este es un urbanismo relativamente nuevo.
Seguíamos con nuestra molestia, pero aun así por mi trabajo en Hive yo seguía pagando todos los meses. En una oportunidad le dije a la vecina dueña del apartamento que si ella quería, que me vendiera la línea que yo se la compraba a fin de tener el internet en mi apartamento y me dijo que ella no la iba a vender.

On one occasion I told the neighbor who owned the apartment that if she wanted to, she could sell me the line and I would buy it from her in order to have internet in my apartment, and she told me that she was not going to sell it.
Pasados los meses, compré un modem router mejor y seguía con la molestia pagando unas facturas elevadas, nadie sabía el porqué o más bien se hacían los locos. Una tarde me escribe la dueña del apartamento diciéndome que había vendido la línea cantv, después de haber pagado yo la factura del mes y después de pagarle la línea por más de dos años.
Yo estaba súper molesta porque no me había avisado con tiempo para yo buscar resolver de otra manera, si no solo me dijo después que lo había hecho y ya, se la vendió a una mujer a quien yo le pasaba wifi todo ese tiempo sin haberme dado nada, solo porque era amiga de ella, todo eso me lo aguante por tener a medias el servicio.
Pasadas las horas me doy cuenta de que el aparato mío (El modem router), estaba apagado y la llamo, pues habíamos acordado que usaría el internet por un mes más y me habían desconectado, al subir a su apartamento me dice su hermano que por órdenes de ella él me había desconectado y ella me acababa de decir que ella no había dicho nada sobre eso, sino más bien que lo tendría por un mes más, ya estaba la mujer que había comprado la línea en su casa, todo fue un complot entre su hermano y la nueva dueña.

After a few hours I realized that my device (the modem router) was turned off and I called her, because we had agreed that I would use the internet for another month and I had been disconnected, when I went up to her apartment her brother told me that by her orders he had disconnected me and she had just told me that she had not said anything about that, but rather that she would have it for another month, the woman who had bought the line was already at her house, it was all a plot between her brother and the new owner.

Pues después del problema, me entero por una de sus hermanas quien se molestó mucho por la acción que tuvieron hacía mi, que el sobre giro de la facturación mensual se debía a que su hermano había mandado a arreglar el teléfono cantv y se daba vida llamado a quien él quisiera, incluso haciendo llamadas internacionales, a eso se debía el costo elevado que yo pagaba de internet.

Resulta que todo fue un complot del hermano para venderle la línea a alguien más contando que también lo dejarían usar el internet y hacer llamadas cuanto él quisiera y luego de desconectarme la mujer que había comprado la línea, al otro día fue y se llevó toda la conexión de la línea cantv hacía su apartamento y lo dejó sin teléfono y sin internet, pues el que obra mal le va mal.

Por suerte días antes de que me quitaran el internet yo había comprado una línea movistar y tenía un plan de datos, y con eso he resuelto estos meses para hacer mis publicaciones, he gastado más en recargas incluso de lo que me gano, pero he podido publicar.
Actualmente, en mi sector todavía no han conectado la fibra óptica residencial y el servicio de internet vía microondas o antena como le decimos en malo y costoso, por lo que ando en la lucha de que nos conecten fibra óptica, he hablado ya con varias cableras y están en ese proceso, espero que lleguen pronto y con la primera que llegue a esa me suscribo, espero pronto resolver esto y poder contar con el servicio en mi apartamento y así finalizar esta catarsis.
Luckily days before they took away my internet I had bought a movistar line and I had a data plan, and with that I have solved these months to make my publications, I have spent more in recharges even than I earn, but I have been able to publish.
