My obsession in building my audience on hive blockchain took me to dreemport, I want to use this medium to thank who have been of great assistant to me, I always appreciate people who are ready to help other people.
So just few days of my stay in dreemport, an announcement for June challenge was made and it was about a program known as Go brunch, this really sounds strange to me because I'm not even done learning about and this one is coming up.
Well as someone who is always ready to leave my comfort zone to learn new things I was ready, it was a 2 days program and I registered and got an email that gave me access to the program.
The D day is here.
It was really fun I can say but with some struggles.
Many people from different parts of the world joined this program, there was different room and that was where my battle started I joined some room that it was just only me and I will struggle to exit, I kept on exploring traveling from one room to another till I got an interesting room where I stopped by.
A tech room that was interesting.
Finally I saw a room that the topic and its presentation cut my attention.
Topic was "Ai in Recruitment and career"
It was a 15 minutes presentation that shed more lights on the advantage and disadvantage of implementing AI recruitment.
The presenter's name was Biz Rengifoand he's a career coach and also a recruitment agent so he really did Justice to the topic.
Biz Rengifo mention a whole lot of benefit that comes from leveraging artificial intelligence for recruitment.
Firstly when artificial intelligence studies a candidate data it will help to provide analytics and insight about the candidates which can help the recruiters in decision making, also artificial intelligence doesn't show favoritism or prejudice when it comes to picking candidates for work, and it doesn't base on physical and social performance.
He also mentioned that scalability is another advantage of artificial intelligence in recruitment because AI has the ability to handle so many interviews in a limited period of time there are helping the recruiters or a company to save time and resources which helps to enhance higher tune over and company growth.
Even candidates benefit from artificial intelligence during interview because AI chat bots have the ability to engage a candidate with some interrogating questions that will help the candidate to build him or herself for future tasks.
Conclusively Mr Biz made it clear that artificial intelligence can really benefit both recruiters and candidates but there are disadvantage to.
Disadvantages of Ai in recruitment.
For candidates AI will not give them the opportunity to position themselves in a way that the company will get to know more about them likewise them getting to know more about the company.
Any candidates can pass AI interview without much experience of the required field because they can just use Google AI to get most of the interview questions and answer them accurately which will definitely affect the company when such individual is recruited.
AI doesn't have the ability to get to know people's mindset or build relationship and a successful company must have a cooperative team, AI doesn't have the ability to see who is ready to be a team worker, and this is a challenge.
In Mr Biz final words he analyzes why it is important to build connections, that it helps one to build his career and future, he mention that building connections can start with the contact in our phones gradually our connections will grow.

Go brunch is still one.
I continue my search for another interesting room and I found one where we are just three but it wasn't interesting.
The presentation was held by Irene Anggreeni who is a mental fitness coach, and she focused on mental fitness.
During her presentation she defined mental fitness as the capacity to respond to life challenges in either a positive way or a negative way and also how are response can affect our feelings on daily basis.
She also mentioned how we can grow three important core mental muscles and this muscles are the saboteur interceptor, the sage and self command.
She mentioned that humans have 10 saboteur and five sage power and there is also a judge she also mentioned that the sage lives in a region of the brain that is associated with clear-headed focus, creativity, peace, calmness and positive emotions.
Conclusively she said that the saboteur is what motivates every humans through negative emotions while the sage motivate humans through positive emotions.
The most interesting part of her presentation is the PQ reps that we practice together we are just three so the discussion was conversational.
Summary
I learned a whole lot from the Go brunch, tho there some challenges like audio issues and how to navigate the rooms.
But even now I subscribed for and I am still exploring to know more about the go brunch, because to be successful in life you must be ready to continuously learn new things and you must be determined to leave your comfort zone.
