It's good to be back after a long break from all social media platforms. A decision I took to reshape my sanity after some folks used the social media to almost destroy my reputation. It's a long story for another day but it's fine to be back already.

Toast To I New Path To A Good Life

In the course of the years I stumbled on a new side hustle that made it look like life can be better and easy.

I helped someone to get a property around town and my commission was a little bulky. I was so surprised. Getting a 10% commission for such a sale was a huge break for me.

However, my comrades have once implored me to try out sales of property but I had shoved the idea aside because I thought of the troubles of looking for buyers.

Then came an opportunity. A federal university was moved to my locality and students started combing all nearby streets to the institution for accommodation. I swung into action to source for available accommodation as became a link between that house owners and the interested students. It is a profitable venture to say the list.

Before you knew it, I ventured into land and landed property. My salary job is now looking like secondary. In the middle of the year, due to some heavy amount of money involved in the transaction, I was advised to open a company which I did and today, I am glad that I took the opportunity.

My people, kindly take you tumbler of juice, wine or water and let's all toast to this new horizon, a chapter that opened my eyes to opportunities.
