The question this week was the silliest job you'll do for money.
Well, this was a bit hard to think about as there are a lot of things one can do for money.
Yet when we're talking of the silliest and strangest things to do, I'll naturally go for the easiest and most realistic thing for me to do.
Professional Food Tasting
Now we Nigerian Folks don't know how much money is in this food tasting gigππ.
We work for;
Royals
Companies
Actors
Presidents
Folks who have a lot of money and just don't know what to do with it.
It's clear to see that all my potential employers are loaded in doughπ€, hence my payment would be swift and easy.
Now I know it may sound as easy and as alluring as pie to go and signup to be a food taster, but it ain't that easy to land the gig
There are specific requirements one should have as a food taster.
For Industrial Purposes (The Companies)
Food tasters are the ones who give a final review of the newest product of food before it's released to the public.
We would evaluate the taste, smell, look, feel and consistency of foodstuffs from a single taste.
Then we would have to be able to give a report of what we've gleaned from the foodstuffs to our employer, so as they can make the improvements they need.
Just take a look at my mentor tasting a scoop of Ice cream π

For the risks of the business...
Well, I guess everyone can guess the risk the food taster faces when tasting for an imortant figure like a King or a President.
Sha me I no dey fear suchππ
And for some, I doubt the risk would matter as it is known that a food taster can earn from Β£20,000-Β£40,000 and above yearly.
So if I had the Chance, Would I take it?
Of course I would ππ
What's the use of working a 9-5 jobs when you can be tasting new brands of ice cream and pizza for Β£40k a year ππ½οΈ
