They have said so...  Where, when, to whom?  And I have come to the point where I give highest probabilities that "genetics" are like "nukes," "viruses," "contagion," and many other BS control-motivated things They tell Us.  William Casey said:

As I have no religion - was raised with lots of love and Ethics, but no religion - I ponder "god..."  All I have to go on is My spiritual experience (which I have no need for Others to believe).
