Well, in Nigeria this particular incident that just happened today Thursday of 17th March 2022 has never happened in history but never the less history has just been made as we all know in Anambra State.
Let me not waste much of your time but go straight to the point on how the hot slap took place today.
The incident happened today during the former Central Bank of Nigeria governor Profesor Charles Soludo's swearing-in as the governor of Anambra State.
The former CBN governor won the general election for Anambra State which took place on 6th November 2021. Professor Charles Soludo won the general election of Anambra State with over 112,229 votes and also wining about 19 local governments out of the total number of 21 local governments in Anambra State Nigeria.
After the general election of Anambra State on November 6th, 2021, it was scheduled by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC that the swearing-in of the winner of the Anambra State governorship election Professor Charles Soludo will be on 17th March 2022 to replace the former governor Willie Obiano who have ruled for 8yrs in the office.
During the swearing-in of the oath taken by the Chief Judge of the federation for the former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor Professor Charles Soludo who is also a full party member of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).
History was specially made during the oath taken of Professor Soludo swear-in by the going governor's wife Ebelechukwu Obiano as she slaps the late Col. Odumegwu Ojukwu's wife Bianca Ojukwu for no reason but to me "it was a disgrace for Anambra State and Nigeria.
The fight incidents happened between the two prominent women in Nigeria Ebelechukwu and Bianca. Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu arrived at the swearing-in of Professor Charles Soludo first before the outgoing governor of Anambra State Mrs. Ebelechukwu Obiano.
The hot slap took place as the outgoing governor of Anambra State was greeting a few people who were already at the ceremony and at the process of her greetings, "according to information" it was recorded that immediately the wife of the outgoing governor of Anambra State Mrs. Ebelechukwu got to where Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu was cited," She started insulting her to an extent of calling her bad names which triggered a heavy fight between the two women and that's how Ebelechukwu Obiano slapped Bianca Ojukwu.
Well, both women should have controlled their anger instead of the public embarrassment and distractions caused during the swearing-in of Professor Charles Soludo and the outgoing governor Willie Obiano as well.
Because of the fight, immediately after the oath-taking by professor Charles soludo, the outgoing governor Chief Willie Obiano left the ceremony with anger.
Well, according to information, the incumbent governor professor Charles Soludo has just apologized to the people of Anambra State and Nigeria and that marks the beginning of wisdom in his new office as the governor of Anambra State.
