Dr Fauci has effectively stated that the court that ruled that a mask mandate for the transportation in the US should no longer be in force had no right to do so, as it was a "public health" issue and "not for the courts" to rule upon. In short, this is the primacy of the executive proclaimed.
That alone should be enough for Fauci and everyone else in the government holding the same views to be fired effective immediately. By the way, has Fauci stopped to consider potential public health risks of the tyranny he is rooting for? Somehow I doubt that.
