what's stopping it from being rigged? Their super vacuum system that sucks "random" ping pong balls up? How easy would that be to compromise?

I think if we actually did follow the money we would discover that a great many of these winners are actually insiders... kind of like that McDonald's Monopoly game that it turned out the winning pieces were actually handed to friends of the company.
