Que la Tierra no es plana y sí más o menos esférica lo puedo aseverar no por las fotos o películas de la NASA, sino porque una vez volé sobre Buenos Aires en un avión de Pan Am y lo vi con mis ojos, la inmensa ciudad se extendía abajo apreciándose la curvatura de la superficie.
Ahora bien hay cosas que no vemos y en las cuales creemos, como el aire. Nos basta con taparnos la nariz y la boca unos segundos para estar seguros de que nos falta, así que existe .
Otras cosas las vemos y hasta creemos en ellas, hasta que alguien con perspicacia hace un comentario y nos hace dudar.

Esta definición se ajusta a la mitología antigua, acerca de dioses y heroes, pero en la actualidad andan sueltos tantos mitos y leyendas, que hablan de las leyendas urbanas n que muy pocos creen y en realidad solo responden en la mayoría de los casos a imaginaciones exacerbadas y el gusto por lo sobrenatural, pero abundan otros mitos que cabalgan sobre dos corceles a la vez y nos han convertido en escépticos y algo cínicos ante tanta noticia torcida, noticia falsa (fake news) y teorías conspirativas que a veces terminan siendo más que teorías, Realidad negada. A veces por conveniencia y otras por comodidad.

Nueve años cumplidos tenía, cuando por primera vez vería esta imagen, algo más borrosa y en blanco y negro por televisión. y ahora me entero de que los señores Armstrong, Aldrin y Collins no llegaron a la luna, sino después que la NASA contrata a Stanley Kubrick, y uno se pregunta ¿será verdad la conspiranoica teoría?
No creo en extraterrestres, ni reptilianos, tampoco me creo otras cosas, por más que en la infancia y hasta algo crecido me gustaba la magia y de mis lecturas favoritas la ciencia ficción me resulta la mejor. Siento algo de pena de que no cumplan aun las conquistas planetarias y no logremos ninguna utopía, por el contrario van ganando terreno las distópicas profecías de desastres sociales, tiránicos gobiernos y holocaustos zombies o hambrunas. Enfermos invocamos desastres en cada fantasía para las pantalla.
Terremotos, tsunamis, inundaciones, virus, plagas como si no es suficiente el crimen, el terrorismo o la enfermedad de la realidad.
11 de septiembre de 2001 caen las torres gemelas de Nueva York en vivo y directo por televisión. Tres décadas han pasado desde el espectacular Apolo 11 y el mundo cambia otra vez cuando dan las once (11) . Terroristas musulmanes (los pasaportes sauditas) , salen a la caza de talibanes y un tal Bin Laden y una guerra contra Irak, contra un dictador muy malo y de a poco historias van saliendo a la luz más bien opaca de explosiones en los sótanos antes a la torre llegará el avión, que los Laden ricos inversionistas son socios de pura casualidad de la familia Bush, que Bin es la oveja negra que operaba para la C.I.A. antes de voltearse por quién sabe qué razón desconocida contra sus anteriores amigos en perjuicio de su familia e interés económico.

No es esta la imagen que nos dejaron grabada los medios de la historíca tragedia, pero dejémoslo así por la paz de los difuntos y el dolor de sus dolientes. Las teorías se acumulan y se olvidan con las guerras transmitidas en vivo y en directo por la televisión. Dos años encerrados para al soltarnos sorprendernos con una nueva donde han participado al parecer hasta las fuerzas imperiales de la estrella de la muerte y fuerzas armadas engalanadas con SS y cruces gamadas, donde los aliados declaran sanciones que más daño les hacen ellos que al sancionado. No quiero entrar en detalles, que a fin de cuentas no llego a entender las retorcidas intenciones de los que mueven los hilos del gran teatro de títeres que se dicen políticos, ministros y presidentes.

That the Earth is not flat and that it is more or less spherical, I can confirm not because of NASA photos or films, but because I once flew over Buenos Aires in a Pan Am plane and I saw it with my own eyes, the immense city it extended below showing the curvature of the surface.

I feel a little sad that the planetary conquests have not yet been fulfilled and we have not achieved any utopia, on the contrary, the dystopian prophecies of social disasters, tyrannical governments and zombie holocausts or famines are gaining ground. We sick invoke disasters in every fantasy for the screen.

This is not the image that the media of the historic tragedy left us, but let's leave it that way for the peace of the deceased and the pain of their mourners. Theories accumulate and are forgotten with wars broadcast live and direct on television. Two years locked up to surprise us with a new one where even the imperial forces of the death star and armed forces adorned with SS and swastikas have apparently participated, where the allies declare sanctions that do them more harm than the sanctioned. I don't want to go into details, because ultimately I can't understand the twisted intentions of those who pull the strings of the great puppet theater who call themselves politicians, ministers and presidents.
