The new international health regulations (IHR) will bring about a regime by which the WHO will be granted the power to, at anytime, suspend our constitutions and human rights under international law and with permanent effect.
Currently negotiations in relation to amendments are underway. Next May in Geneva at the 77th World Health Assembly there will be a vote. As I understand it after the vote in May there will be an 18 month period of parliamentary debate and a ratification process. This will give it the appearance of legitimacy. However, these negotiated amendments will come into force without any vote in national parliaments.
This is all happening now stealthily by default.
At the beginning of October the Working Group of the IHR met once again and turned off the cameras as they’ve been doing for more than a year now. However, before this the co-chair of the working group said very clearly that they don’t think they’re going to meet their deadline (January 2024) and asked for an extension to work on the amendments all the way up to May. So the amendments will be presented in May at the Assembly with no opportunity for prior scrutiny.
Protecting Us
This assumption of total power is unsurprisingly being carried out on the pretext of “protecting” us.
Alongside this is a widened understanding of what constitutes a public health emergency. Not only against biological threat, it also seeks to bring climate change under this umbrella. Indeed pretty much anything can be considered.
Not only will this give the WHO the ability to impose on it’s 190 member states, with no informed consent, all manner of “protective” measures (like lockdowns), but it provides for them complete immunity from any fall out. They will also be provided with the power to sanction any country that fails to follow the WHO’s dictates.
It will be up to the WHO to define what it considers to be a threat and will have unlimited powers to impose on countries emergency measures. At what point will these “emergencies” simply become the new normal!
For those of us who have been against these vaccinations, indeed even seen them as a tool of depopulation, will have no doubt that part of these new abilities will include the coercion of populations to take these vaccines as the only way of protecting us from whatever public health emergency they seem fit to announce.
This plandemic preparedness is being sold (especially to the left) on the basis of equal distribution among the international population – the principle of equity. Meanwhile the rights of the individual is to be left to one side – is it no wonder some get this muddled up with communism. It’s not, if any term describes it best, it’s global fascism.
Problems with the IHR
The concerning elements can be best summed up in these six points:
What this is, is an opening of the door to a total abuse of power. It will be international in scope and there will be no remedy to revise this. There will be no checks and balances. This is equivalent, in my eyes, to Hitler’s Enabling Act in 1933 which allowed for the enactment of laws without any interference from the parliament.
Some may think I’m overstating the case, but I think it’s time for clarity about the nature of the global ruling class.
This is a clear pathway to totalitarianism. It’s like the past three and a half years have been a dress rehearsal. These elements of totalitarianism are governance being based on fear driven propaganda, the assumption of executive power and without the people’s consent.
Once upon a time member states were the primary financial backers of the WHO and they were subject to these countries best interests. It’s now fundamental for people to know that these member countries now only equate to 20% of backing for the WHO.
Now a significant chunk of the remaining 80% of funding for the WHO and its affiliates, like GAVI the Vaccine Alliance, comes from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). It is also important to highlight that this funding comes with conditions. The BMGF have interests and self-interests which are tied to their donations. They are well known for their views on eugenics. Their investments in vaccinations is also well known.
These are statements of facts. I can’t prove that the BMGF are behind the disastrous roll out of the vaccines and deliberate harm was intended. That’s just theory. Theory that’s well supported by the evidence, but still theory.
He who pays the piper calls the tune.
The only people who can stop this are our Heads of State who need to send a letter of rejection. It requires a two thirds majority to pass. Given what happened during the plandemic to poorer countries who tried to take a different stance (political assassinations and bribery) it will be up to all of us to put pressure on our political representatives to say no.
At the height of the plandemic they tried to make out that those who exercised their right to say no to having a Covid-19 vaccine were a threat to public health. I think most people, even if they fell for this rhetoric in the first place, can now see that unvaccinated people have posed absolutely no threat to society. Once these regulations go though however, what might happen if such people refuse to go along with whatever the WHO dictates?
