Abortion has been a case that has been debated for years and still it's still ongoing.
To be honest where I'm from we tend to see Abortion as something necessary for two reasons
is if it was a rape case
is if there is no money to cater for the child
But majority over here view it as a sin speaking from the religious aspect.
Hmm although most medical professionals has estimated the ability for the fetus to grow/develop to be about 24 weeks, the Mississippi Abortion law states that intentional Abortion of the fetus after 15 weeks of pregnancy will be seen as an offence of the law.
Clearly seen is the picture of people that are protesting against abortion, but you know there are many others that are also against abortion law.
The state says that at week 15 the fetus has already developed physiologically in important areas, and at this stage abortion is life threatening to the mother.
The Jacksons women health organisation which as a important abortion clinic in Mississippi really are taking the matter serious, as they have proved that not much development of the fetus has started occurring at week 15.
So since the state hasn't proved yet that after the 15th week the fetus is viable (I.e started to develop Important features) the federal has affirmed a lower court ruling blocking the law and sign that abortion isnt a crime until the fetus is viable
"If the law passed in 2018 were in practice, abortion providers who violated it could have their medical license suspended or revoked.source
This leaving a dilemma and a strong concern to the world entirely in as much as abortion is a general topic of interest. Relating this to other countries if they should follow the law set by the Mississipi board of councel following abortion and the relating cases what is the world going to turn into and the faith of living in that reproduction is a necessity for man kind.
