Greetings, everyone!
Starting a new year with resolutions and personal goals may sound like a cliché, but I genuinely believe it helps bring structure and discipline into our lives. Everything around us moves at an incredible pace, and distractions are everywhere. For me, tracking personal objectives is a way to stay focused and maintain a mindset of continuous improvement.
Learning from 2025
I began 2025 with a long list of blockchain-related goals. For the first few weeks, things went well, but over time it became overwhelming. I eventually selected a smaller set of priorities, but I made the mistake of not letting go of the rest. That constant multitasking drained my energy, and I paid the price for it later in the year.
Here is how I progressed on my priority objectives in 2025:
My main goals for 2025 were to increase my main account by 5,474 Hive Power, add 915 HBD to my savings, build a stake of 50k PIMP, and maintain healthy interaction with the community. On paper, the overall achievement rate was 71%, but that number is misleading. Most of the progress came from increasing my Hive Power through a personal investment rather than organic growth.
Looking back, I wish I had adopted a simpler structure from the very beginning of the year.
Saving Objectives for 2026
For 2026, I plan to stick to that simplified approach and focus more on quality rather than quantity.
My goals for the year are to grow my account by 6,300 Hive Power through organic growth, add 1,185 HBD to my savings, and double my PIMP stake. I also plan to spend less time on dGames and dedicate more attention to communities that actively hold the ecosystem together.
How about you? Have you already set your objectives for the year ahead?
