We are all are running a race, finding purpose in life but one things that we don't wish and that's inevitable is that everything won't always go our way. Failure being the most feared for everyone is also the only way to get to that desired destination,it's the only path to that success we all longed for .
Growing up ,my mom is a very brave and agile woman who will do anything to make her children and family happy, she sacrifices her happiness for us so many times ,she can't stand her children going through struggles, she rather go through it alone, anytime my mom hear "this thing is good but it " she would say we must to indulge in it,she doesn't want to hear anything with "but" for her children.
While,on the other hand my dad was not just a very brave man, he taught us to be brave, despite all his children being female,he indulge us just like we are males, he doesn't believe there should be anything man should do that a woman should not do, he never go by the words "can you do it?" like my mom but "go and do it" he is always with the intention "my children can do it" he boast about us anywhere. We wash his cars every weekend like male child would do, we clear bushes on his farm ,helped out cultivating as well as harvesting.
My father will never accept we change school just bcos we fail unlike other parents do then, he will make sure we repeat that class in that same school, he is never ashamed to show people our failure neither will he hesitate to show our success. We hate his decisions as a child then, we didn't realize is a treasure we should be happy we have in our lives.

The impact my dad made in my life , makes me grew up not to fear failure but face it to become successful. It has really helped my life especially as an entrepreneur- A baker and a caterer,it made me understand failures are part of my journey to success, they are part of my journey to perfection, whenever I want to take a new step, I always expect failure. So far, it has made me more wise and perfect.
I have stumbled so many times, I failed so many times that I lost count,I couldn't even remember them bcos they are normal events for me. As a child then, I have many careers in mind but I grew up and know better I leave some careers behind and I never regretted it bcos the one I choose,I make sure I don't give up on it .
We just have to see failure as we see success, there Shouldn't be fears to fail but fears to give up.
Thanks for reading through.
