In the Sky Hangs an Island

Now this is giving me the Sci-fi feeling again. What the prompt presents are the things we see in Sci-fi fictions and the likes. Thought not much of a fan of Sci-fi fictions, but you can't doubt that it leaves one imagining, and thinking about such things they present and the possibilities.

l'm left imagining this and what could actually cause for an island to be in the sky? What must have altered gravity to make such happen? Once again, these are the things we see when it comes to the Sci-fi world.

If there was an island in the sky, would I chose to live there? I imagine a large island up in the sky, with houses, trees and vegetations, people and basically other things we see happening on the ground. I'm also thinking if there would be transportation systems of different sorts. Maybe those that allow for movement from one point to another on the island and then that which provides for movement beyond; from the island to the ground. Funny how this is the reverse of what we have.

Well, it's a reverse actually. But then, considering all of these things and the weight of my imaginations, will I chose to live on the island in the sky? I've said it that the idea of exploring new things or places, the adventure kind of things doesn't look bad to me. I think that aspect would be saying yes on this matter.

This should surely be one of a kind experience, right? You don't see a floating island in the sky. But then, my desire for such doesn't cancel out the consideration of safety; if a thing, action or experience is worth it and at what cost.

Say that's boring or so, but I've learnt to be quite discreet while seeking new experience or adventure. If I'm not certain enough of it, if I don't have good information on what I'm going into, especially something like this, I stay put and go nowhere or do nothing. At least that's how I imagined this would be. Some perks could come from experiencing the island, and some adventure as well. But safety matters. Getting some necessary answers first might help. Besides, I've not explored this ground enough.
