A glance at my future left me devastated, it wasn't a legacy I wanted to be known for. For a moment I was grateful I had checked, a chance to amend my ways I thought. But for a second thought I wish I had not seen what my future holds- worried if the future can't be changed and my strive to live a life of righteousness is futile. I tried to remember what I had seen, the evil I had done and why I had done it. Everything was blurry, there was no memory of them except the knowledge that my legacy wasn't worthy.
I knew I couldn't buy myself a good legacy among everyone but I was ready to try. There was only one way to keep a good legacy - do what's right. Though right and wrong are subjective, there was only one way to know if my right was worthwhile and that was doing what God desires of humans-Like being merciful and kind. The first step was to be at peace with everyone. It was not going to be an easy task, people would offend me, they'll take me to be a fool, they'll cheat me but I'll do what's right and that was what mattered at this point.

I'll contribute in making people have better living conditions, and
I'll extend kindness no matter how little it is. I'll ensure people remember me for something even though a few might still strive to find weakness and faults. The future may not change, but memories of little acts of kindness may still remain. I wouldn't worry about the future, rather, I'll focus on doing good, doing what's right , and staying at peace with all men.
This doesn't mean I'll try to be perfect, I can't. To err is human so I may still have shortcomings. I'll just live every day like it's my last while still being human.
