One beautiful thing I love about creations is the fact that everything is created with its own advantage. Man is intelligent and smart and lower animals are created with certain abilities that man doesn't have naturally which makes them unique.
Some of those things are their senses. Different animals have different unique sense organs that make survival easy for them.
Some have the ability to see things kilometers away, some could sense food or threats from a distance away, some have the ability to accurately smell things that are far from them.
There are so many of those amazing senses in animals, the one that I like and wish to have is that of the dog.

Many times when we have a dog, it barks sometimes at night in such a way that scares me. I used to think that it was just disturbing my sleep until one night.
Our dog began to bark and it was not ceasing. I got pissed off and stepped into the compound to see what was wrong and behold, there was a giant snake that entered the compound and was trying to enter our kitchen.
After that experience, I don't take most of her barks for granted and each time I came out to see what was wrong, I never regretted the effort.
Sometimes, I see a person carrying something suspicious or trying to do something crazy.
Apart from the ability to sense threat, dogs can also sense emotions, fear, courage, and love.
Don't let a dog discover that you are scared, if not it will tease you till you lose yourself, LOL.
Another thing dogs are good at is smelling, not just food but humans and other things. It can smell and track people and things from a distance.
It also has a very sensitive and accurate hearing ability. I can't count how many times my dog heard my voice from a distance and ran from nowhere and was making an effort to climb my body, wagging her tail.
These are only a few special senses in animals, and even in dogs. Sometimes I wish humans possessed some of them but I believe we are okay the way we are created.
With or without special senses like the animals, we can still survive and fulfill our destinies and I think that's the most important part of it.
