Staying positive in life is a tough task; we live in a world full of negativity. Every corner one turns to it is as if there are situations orchestrated to bring dismay.
Thus causing people to lose faith. Most of the people who gave up and embraced negativity were once believers.
There was a moment in their lives when they were full of hope, they had unwavering faith in life, but when the challenges of life continuously tested them, throwing failures, disappointments, pains, and so on, their hopes gradually eroded.
It's easy to try to preach to people to keep their hopes alive, to stay positive, and remain focused in all situations, but seriously, that thing is not easy to do.
Sometimes it looks like we are just deceiving ourselves when truly all that is before us seems to be negative, yet we tell ourselves that “all is well,” and we try to remain optimistic.
Sometimes it feels like if we face reality the way it is, things might be better, but the truth is, negativity doesn't have anything good for anyone.
The best it can do is reduce one to fear and keep him or her from going further in life.
Positivity is vital in everything that we do in life. It is something that we need to consistently employ in all aspects of our lives if we really want to succeed.
In truth, bad things will happen, circumstances that are beyond our strength will hit hard on us, but what will make us scale through and eventually emerge as winners is our positive mindset.
There are people who always believe that things won't go well; they already positioned their minds for terrible things, and it's funny how those things always happen to them.
What we focus more on becomes our reality. If we stay positive and treat every situation as a blessing, whether it turns out good or not, it makes things turn out in our favor most times because that mindset will stir us to work effortlessly to make those things a reality.
Most people have allowed their emotions to get the best of them. They act based on how they feel. When they win, they get motivated; when they lose, they get discouraged.
I used to be that way, and I suffered dearly for it because allowing my emotions keep me on the negative side instilled fear in me, and instead of going further, each time I remember my previous experience, I get discouraged.
That was how I remained in one place until I learned how to walk by faith and not emotions. Of course, things won't always go the way we want, but they should never define us. Experiences are supposed to build and not to destroy us.
If we truly want to be among those who will break through in life, we must learn how to embrace every situation with a positive mindset, even if we are not sure of the outcome.
Just believe it will work out, give it your all, and if it plays out as planned, fine. If it doesn't, life goes on, we try again. Negativity must never be a part of us.
Take out that thing telling you, “I can't do it, I don't think I am competent, I don't think I'll make it. I have tried enough, I can't go further,” it's all a lie and a setup your mind is giving you to trap you in one place; you must rule over it.
People think it's just a thought, it's just how I feel, trust me, if you don't take out that little yeast of negativity, it will become an obstacle that will cost you more than you can afford.
Stay Positive, stay alive, stay believing, and keep going. One day, that faith will count.
