For a lot of people , happines only take places when only big things happen, this could when they land a new job, buy anew car , or maybe travelling on a vacation to another country.
If i can be real to you , i have come to realize that real happines can be seen in some small moments that we ignore.
Most of our days is filled with ordinary days , so if we only associate happiness with when big things happen , chances are that we might wait till forever. The secret is to notice and enjoy the small blessings around us every day.
The rain falling , the warm cup of tea you enjoy , the fresh bread , the jokes shared with a friend, the joy of finishing a task early , all this are blessigs.
When we pay a close attention to this small moments , it can bring lasting joy to us although it may seem simple.
One way that i personally have learnt to find happiness is by slowing down. A lot of times , we become so occupied with the rush of things in life that we fail to notice the things around us.
Try taking a moment each day to look at the sky, listen to birds singing, or watch children play. These small things has a way of warm your heart and a big reminder that that joy does not always need to be loud or big.
I have also learnt that thankfulness and gratitude plays a very important role, Once in a while , i list all the things in my life that i have achieved so far , i can't help but be thankful to God for it, the moment you start practicing this habit , you will start seeing the small gifts in your life that you fail to notice.
It could be good health, a kind friend, or even a funny memory. Gratitude shifts your focus from what is missing to what is already present.
Having more does not define happines , but seeing more does.
When you are able to notice the beauty in small things, it can actually make your life more richer and meaningful
So what am i trying to say , You don't have to wait for a perfect day before you can feel happy , some where close to you , there are things that can actualy put smile in your faces , no matter how little that could be , embrace it.
