They will say you have postpaid meter which no dey read, they will still bring the ones they calculate from their office. A duplex house will be paying same amount of bill for a bungalow house imagine they do this mostly in my area.

They knew you guys didn't have light and still yet they brought the bill, how come the light you didn't use was read in the meter. Imagine
