Truly, we have good reasons to be grateful, if not for anything, just for life, because if life were measured in kilograms like when we go to fill a gas cylinder, I do not know how many of us would have had the money to keep refilling it, especially in a country like ours where the economy is not stable.
Gratitude means showing appreciation for the things in life that are meaningful or valuable to you. Taking a moment to notice and acknowledge what you are grateful for each day can brighten your outlook, lift your mood, and help you stay positive even when facing challenges.
From January to this particular season, God has been faithful and truly deserves our gratitude. I am one person who does not write a new year resolution, I simply commit the year into God’s hands, make a few plans, and allow Him to work on them. Indeed, He has been working on them. Apart from thanking God for life, I also thank Him for and celebrate my little wins. This year, in academics, I have recorded remarkable steps of success. Even at work, things have been fine and without issues.
This year, I have been introduced to some good investments, some of which I have started and some yet to begin, but so far, they have been yielding results. It was also this year that I started Hive, and since then I have been fairly consistent in updating my posts. This is one platform I have never regretted joining because the lessons learned and the rewards have been helpful.
I also had a project I was handling and planning to achieve, and so far the project is still moving forward, although not completed, but we hope in God for its completion. Even though the year has been financially demanding, I still thank God because He has been making a way.
