[5/23, 12:17 PM] Simi: So I am sharing the recipe. First, wash the chicken well and marinate it for 30 minutes. For marinating, mix it well with chili powder, salt, and vinegar.After thirty minutes, lightly fry it.
In a pan, add oil, onion paste, garlic paste, almond paste, ginger paste, whole green chilies, salt, light chili powder, and sour yogurt and sauté well. After sautéing, add the fried chicken. Cover with a lid and keep it for 20 minutes.After 20 minutes, stir it lightly. Then add onion paste, sugar and ghee and leave it for another 5 minutes and then remove it
