Thank you for doing this I have always wondered what the distribution was,
So it’s feasible to say that if you wanted to be a witness and ended up right at the bottom of the list starting out - you “may” still end up signing 1/2 blocks a month because outside the top 20 are selected too as backup. That’s a crazy beautiful demonstration of decentralisation there!
